Surround yourself with comfort and luxury at this home in the gated resort community of Amelia Island Plantation. This home includes a tropical screened back terrace with a private saltwater plunge pool and a spillover spa.

Features include Pella windows, a 30-foot ceiling with a cupola, clerestory windows that allow for great ambient light, concrete-block exterior walls, Brazilian cherry floors, and three-panel disappearing doors that lead to the travertine pool terrace (with an option to heat the pool). Enjoy an outdoor kitchen and a top-of-the-line indoor kitchen with a breakfast bar that opens to the formal dining space.

At night, you'll find that all of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, including the dual primary suites. A fifth bonus space has a balcony with a view of the pool below.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The fireplace is not operational.
The pool is serviced every Tuesday, yard/landscaping serviced every Friday
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 400 per stay must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Relaxing stay

Cute home with nice large bedrooms and ample space for our large party. We enjoyed that it was a quick walk to the beach and the kids loved the pool! Loved the Omni resort being close for food and a little shopping. The house could benefit from some pest control, pool tile maintenance, and dryer vent cleaning. Both dryers did not dry clothes well at all.

Great House

We didn’t originally book this house. We were moved here after an issue with our original villa. This house had 4 spacious bedrooms. The kitchen had updated appliances. There was a comfortable den upstairs and downstairs and a nice bar on the main floor. This house can easily accommodate 8 people without feeling crowded. We also enjoyed the screened in pool. It is a short walk to the ocean. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family retreat

Our family of 7 had a fantastic time at this property. Nestled in a mature oak canopy, the house is surprisingly secluded on popular Amelia Island. The short walk to the beach follows a paved path and raised boardwalk through native flora and fauna. The low key setting is perfect for nature loving visitors, as the surrounding forest is home to birds, rabbits, lizards, toads, tortoise, and turtles. Our family of biologists geeked out with each new sighting. The house itself is open and airy with large rooms, high ceilings, and spacious areas to gather. Natural light floods the interior from a centralized, three story expanse, and the two story screened in pool area provides a full view of the surrounding woods. I can’t say anything negative about this property. We will definitely be booking it again.

This home exceeded our expectations. Very nice home with lots of amenties. Home is well furnished and kitchen has everything you will need if you want to prepare meals. Great house for family or several couples. Great layout. Would definitely rent this home again.

The bed on the 1st floor MUCH too high & I had to fold the lg pillows to climb in, as I'm only 5'2". I had asked about hair dryers and was told there was 1 in each bathroom. There was 1 in the whole house. There were far too many switches & although labeled, hard to place what they connected to. Clothes dryer needed to be run several times for normal clothes to dry.

Wonderful property in a great location. Amazing walking paths and quite community. Pool was a blast and the best were extra comfortable. Several areas to lounge and just relax. Well shaded with great security. Will stay again.

Needs maintenance

Was a beautiful home in a lovely area. There were a few things broken I notified the manager and they stated they would come look at it but no one came. Home could be a little cleaner.

Inside house beautiful, no heat in spa & pool

Yes we were there in Feb to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday, but they could have taken a leaf blower and cleaned up the outside of property. The selling point of the house was the heated spa & pool. Paid extra for this service to find out the heater was broken for quite a while. Had to have pool company come and it irreparable, weeks to get parts. The grill was disgusting, had never been cleaned prior (grill wasn't used for months) The upstairs clothes dryer made a very loud noise, drum belt possibly. The location was great distance from JAX airport, things to do and beaches.

Nice place

Overall, very nice. Few fairly minor issues: 1) Outside of house was not well maintained. 2) Could not figure out how to heat the hot tub. 3) Bathroom for Bedroom 4 with twin bed's shower was so powerful you could clean tarter off teeth. Additionally, same issue with waterpower would cause a squeal in toilet that would go off at night. Think it is a pressure valve regulator that may be bad.

Small Business Gaithering

First of all, the pictures do not do this beautiful home justice! This home was perfect. We needed a place where we could have our annual business meeting and still feel like we were rewarding ourselves for all our hard work. This home did just that. And it is not just that fact that the home has all amenities imaginable, it is the team at the Amelia Island Vacasa. They are simply AMAZING. Thank you for your amazing service. One complaint, and it really isn't a complaint, we actually found it amusing - one of the wine coolers was moaning and at first, we thought it was an animal outside, until we realized it was inside the house. Then we started teasing that it was ghost because it actually got louder. Again, no big deal we all absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Not a great place to have a working vacation- house needs work

Great beds. Water is hot in showers and sinks immediately. Fully equipped kitchen. We loved being 2 feet from a large network of walking paths throughout the Omni property and within a block of the ocean. Now the challenges. This house is dated, dark, and doesn’t feel like a beach house. It needs new carpets and a lot of general maintenance. We came here to work, but this was not a great option.. There are no good outdoor spaces. There is a small “pool” and two story outdoor space, but it’s dark and very old outdoor furniture. There is a loud waterfall that makes it impossible to video conference or even take a phone call. The owner refused to turn it off or change the schedule. There was a large infestation of ants in bathrooms and bedrooms and a garbage can in the garage that should have been discovered long ago. The kitchen needed some serious airing out! Lastly, if you are into puzzles, then figuring out the lighting might be fun. It certainly is puzzling. Vacasa was helpful in their responses. It was unfortunate that we needed to call them as often as we did.

Pros and Cons

Pros: Very spacious. All rooms large and comfortable. All bedrooms had in suite bathrooms and large closets and lots of drawer space. Nice pool. Lots of living space for a large family, as we were. Downstairs laundry room had large, new appliances. Cons: Outside needs lots of care. When first arriving, makes a bad impression - shrubbery in need of trimming, vines overgrown, exterior needs cleaning, front door very worn and does not close properly. Small kitchen in comparison to house and number of people staying there. Furniture worn. Carpet in dining room very stained and dirty. A board broken and loose in kitchen floor. Upstairs dryer did not work. Cannot use elevator. Appears to be locked. This is misrepresented on the website. Grates on grill had been replaced. However, burners are rusted and grill not really usable. Ten minute walk to beach, Would be nice to have a broom and regular sweeper available. I am not saying do not stay there. Just be prepared for place not looking as it appears in the pictures.

Friends golf trip

This house has lots of room but lacks regular routine maintenance. We had to clear the front porch of piles of leaves and yard debris to get in the house. We had to call the management company with a list of items that needed attention and they responded satisfactorily. Had to buy supplies to clean the kitchen (especially coffee maker) before we would even cook or eat. Trash was overflowing and not picked up due to a holiday (all left by the previous renters). We had to call & request that it be picked up so we could put our trash out. Elevator was not available (or not working) which would have been nice to use as the stairs are steep and the garage was full of cars & stuff. Would have been nice to park inside on the days that it rained. The home needs a lot of yard clearing - a jungle to say the least, which is way there were leaves and bugs everywhere. Doubtful we will return to this property.

Wedding Weekend

My son got married at Amelia Island Memorial Day weekend and I booked this house for our family of 7. The house is very large and spacious - room for many! I loved the upstairs, second living room which gave the younger kids a place to hang out after the adults went to bed. The pool and patio area are so nice and really relaxing after a day at the beach. Upon check in, the house was very clean. The kitchen is well appointed and the laundry room was nice to have for wet towels. No complaints at all. Vacasa was so easy to work with via texting. They were very responsive to a few questions I had which I appreciated very much. Oh...the gas grill out on the patio is old and does not work. Vacasa told me it was being replaced, so I am sure there will be a new one soon. It was not a problem for us. We ended up picking up BBQ for the family Thursday night. Island BBQ is the best if you are looking to feed a crowd!

Um, a little over rated for the price.

Lots of things not right with this home. Lacked some normal amenities such as started coffee, face and hand clothes, extra towels for such a large home as well as extra TP. Definitely lacked cleaning. Stains on all carpets and rugs, ants both dead and and alive, including a colony in the upstairs shower. I would keep looking for a better place if you need 3-4 bedrooms.
