This charming and eclectic condo is located on the beautiful Amelia Island Plantation! You'll be only seconds away from relaxing on the beach or by the community outdoor pool! Enjoy your own private balcony overlooking lush canopy, a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials; TVs in the primary bedroom and living room only; and an on-site washer/dryer. The location is one of the greatest perks this condo has to offer; you and your loved ones will be only minutes to beautiful and historic downtown Fernandina Beach!

Things to Know
There is some repair work being done on the outside of the building. There may be some construction equipment in the area and in some assigned parking spaces. There are plenty of extra open parking spaces. Expected completion is the beginning of May
There are about 10 - 12 steps leading to the front door, and no elevator access.
TV streaming is available with guests' subscriptions.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.

Lost in paradise

The unit was lovely and well-equipped. Just a short, beautiful walk to a spectacular beach. The problem was we were given no maps or info about the resort. This meant we didn't learn about all the resort has to offer until our last day.

Poorly maintained

Don't bother with this unit, it is one of the most poorly maintained places that I've ever stayed especially when you factor in the cost. Multiple maintenance issues throughout and roaches living in places that I never seen before (inside the oven clock for example). The location is nice being right on the beach and near a pool but even the heater for the pool must have been broken because the water was too cold to go in. Very disappointed overall and definitely don't feel like I got my money's worth. I've reached out to customer service for assistance but still have not heard back 4 days later.

Cute but needs some work

The property was very clean but in need of some improvements. I can't remember the last time I stayed somewhere without bathroom fans. The dishwasher is in need of an upgrade as the buttons were coming apart on the outside. Loved the ice machine, though! The screen door in the twin bed room came off as soon as I tried to open it and the blinds kept falling off and we could not get the master bedroom door to the porch to lock which is another hazard with a small child. We did love having a reserved parking space right up front and convenient pool access. We saw tons of wildlife around the grounds which was fun and a nice break from city life. The beach was a bit of a longer walk than expected which can be tricky with a little one and lugging beach gear.

Great Comfortable Place to Relax

Loved our time in this relaxing getaway. Condo is beautifully kept and clean. It’s very welcoming and feels like you’re at home. It has all the amenities you need and it’s steps away from the beach. A great variety of places to eat and quaint little shops in the area. We’ll be back here for sure.

close to the beach- secure with gated community with guard hence promote safety concern. The condo needs work- plumbing system is a bit sluggish other then concern of potential plumbing issue it was overall a nice place for a week of rest.

Loved the condo and location

We really loved the condo and the location. The condo was very clean and well supplied with items we needed. The walk to the pool and beach was an easy walk from the condo. The pool was nice with lots of plants to give it a tropical feel. It was also kept very clean with plenty of lounge chairs. We will definitely be returning to this condo in the future.

Not the best unit at Beachwalker by far!

Things you need to know before renting this unit – no elevator access! Whereas most of the units at Beachwalker are accessible by elevator, you have to go out to the front of the building and walk up several flights of stairs to get to this unit, which is difficult if you have young children and a wagon for the beach that you have to carry up the stairs. In addition, there is no beach view. Also the washer and dryer are old and the washer broke down the day before we were leaving. The carpets need to be cleaned thoroughly. It’s decorated really nicely, but I would never stay there again

Enjoyable and Beautiful area

Condo was clean and in good shape. Quiet. Easy parking and access to condo. Balcony overlooks trees/wooded area and wooded walkway toward pool and beach. Great biking and walking trails right from front door ( can rent bikes). Quick walk to beach. Really enjoyed it and will be back.

PROPERTY WAS QUIET AND CLEAN THE PARKING LOT AND WALKWAY TO BEACH COVERED IN BEAUTIFUL TREES AND FLOWERS. THE HANDLE AND LOCKING DEVICE FOR BALCONY DOOR WAS LOOSE AND ABOUT TO FALL OFF. THE DOOR WAS NOT LOCKED WHEN WE ARRIVED.
