Våra rymliga stadsbostad har nyligen uppdaterats med bekvämligheter som gör din vistelse mer bekväm och roligt. Vi är bara en kort promenad till stranden och bara några steg till poolen och gratis hårda tennisbanor. Njut av mer än 150 restauranger, kaféer, butiker, flera golfbanor, minigolf, Båtturer & Uthyrning, Hälsa / Skönhet Spa & salonger och utanför äventyr som Kajakpaddling & Dolphin Cruises och Guided Birding & Natur Tours.

Reser en kort bit från din fridfulla stranden tillflyktsort och besöker Charleston eller Savannah för låg lantlig charm eller stanna på ön och koppla av i charm och värme av den oförändrade naturlig ö inställning.

Njut av stränderna i Atlanten, liksom Van der Meer Tennis universitet, Players Club Fitness Center, och affärerna och restaurangerna i Coligny Plaza. Vårt radhus ligger inom gångavstånd eller en cykeltur till alla!

Tillbringa dagen på stranden och njuta av 12 miles av vit sand perfekt för Beachcombing, jogging, cykling, volleyboll, paddleball, eller bygga ett sandslott. Det finns också miles och miles av cykling och joggingspår.

Vår villa erbjuder alla bekvämligheter möjligt. Inredda i en tropisk inredning, innehåller bottenvåningen ett vardagsrum, ett fullt utrustat kök med vitvaror, matplats, tillsammans med en bardisk och avföring. Det finns också ett separat sovrum, en utdragbar soffa och ett badrum. Enheten erbjuder en privat däck bara några steg från poolen!

Varje svit på nivå 2 har ett eget badrum. Drottningen säng har en "tryckavlastande" madrass att försäkra en god natts sömn och det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar. Den tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns också på andra våningen.

Sängkläder och handdukar finns i alla tre sovrum. De två våningar radhus konstruktion gör att det inte finns någon sover ovanför dig --to garantera en lugn kväll vila.

Vare sig du letar efter en plats nära till stranden, en lugn tropisk miljö, eller en hög energi / hög aktivitet semester, kan vår stadsbostad erbjuder allt. Det finns många aktiviteter att välja mellan. Men detta lyxiga privatbostad erbjuder många möjligheter för tyst avkoppling.

Great location and setting! Walk to beach! Pool just off the porch! For 7 people traveling from different places was a bit challenging with parking limit of 2 cars.

Well Equipped

The condo is very well equipped. It was nice to have use of beach chairs and toys. Kitchen was well stocked with needed pots, pans and utensils.

Girls weekend

Beautiful condo, great location. A bit confusing getting parking pass at a different location then got lost trying to find our condo with gps. Tight fit for parking, if you have a big vehicle it is difficult to get in and out of the parking spots, also, no assigned parking spots. It was a very quiet place for being a big complex and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Beach vacation

We are regulars to HHI. Always stay somewhere different. Personally for me, this was the longest walk to the beach we have had. It's not bad for us (early 30s and a couple kids) but it was no good for my mom and MIL who we had to drive and drop them off and then walk back they are 64 and 69. House was clean pool was nice.

Nice space and rooms

Overall we had a great stay. I would recommend this place. When we arrived we noticed the cleaners did not vacuum. We let Jacqueline know and within 45 minutes cleaners arrived. We know this was not the owners fault as they rely on cleaners to do their job. Great response time from owners. The property was a little farther than we thought to the beach. Adults biking or walking would be fine but kids and there stuff makes it far. It is .7 walk not far for adults or older kids. Property itself needs some tlc in the kitchen especially the range. Stove top was in rough shape. The back slider needs to be fixed. Its tough to close or open.. Bedrooms are nice, they each have a full bath and it makes getting ready easier. We enjoyed our stay and Jacqueline was a great host.

Worked out great

Property was as advertised. We had half the family here and the other half at Grand Ocean Resort. The walk to the beach is moderate but we had access to the Grand Ocean Resort so not a problem for us. Once we figured out how to use the remotes and appliances it was perfect. Would stay here again

Great family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and offered all the amenities we could ask for. The only thing we didn’t care for was having to drive to a different location for the parking passes, but it was easy enough. The walk to the beach took about 15-20 minutes. We would stay here again!

Family vacation

The villa is in a great location, close to Coligny Plaza, pool and beach access, though it’s a little far for walking. Definitely recommend bike rental. Unit is spacious and was perfect for a family of 6. Cute beach decor. Kitchen is well equipped. Property manager was quick to respond and helpful. The only cons are that there were only 2 beach chairs for such a big unit. We purchased a few more and left them for future renters. The speed bumps at the complex are atrocious, they’re really rough on the car, and the process for getting a parking pass was inconvenient. Overall though there were only a few minor inconveniences and would highly recommend. We had a great time visiting Hilton Head!

Mixed Emotions

Property was clean and amenities plentiful. However, I was not able to get our parking pass due to incorrect name on envelope which was resolved two days later but was an inconvenience. Also screen door handle fell off the first day and when reported we were told someone would be out to repair the next morning--however, no one showed up so we had to leave it propped open so it would not lock us out for the duration of our stay. We was there for 5 days and no one bothered to follow-up with us regarding door repair. Living room furniture and rugs need to be updated. Plenty of cookware and dinning utensils. Loved the setup but hated the location... difficult to find apartment in the complex.

Average

Very dated rental property. Front Entry and Rear decks badly ignored and the Rear Deck was unusable. Sliding Door is original and very difficult to close from the outside. Kitchens and bathrooms are original but functional . Two windows are painted partially open and allow outside noise in disrupting sleep. Furniture is extremely old and worn out. Location to the pool is ideal, layout of condo is very nice. This unit needs alot of TLC and updates.

Highly recommend

Great location, beautiful place, very well equipped, and plenty of comfortable seating for all! We absolutely loved every single thing about it! We would go back in a heartbeat! Downfall- no sheets or blankets for sofa pullout beds and no beach towels. Aside from that, I highly recommend this property.

Beach 2021

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is well located, close to everything. I do feel the process for parking passes could be better. It seems that the passes could be left in the property for guest. Also, the carpet really needs to be updated to engineered hardwoods. Over all, the property was very clean (other than carpet). It was well stocked with everything you need.
