When the nights are cool, imagine relaxing in front of the outdoor fire pit on the deck or grand stone fireplace in the living room.

The location of your western retreat is ideal for exploring all that Sedona has to offer. You're just minutes from many of Sedona's best galleries, shops, and restaurants, not to mention hundreds of miles of hiking trails. And, for the perfect day trip, the Grand Canyon is just two hours away.

Rustic Roost is a luxury single family home, cleaned and sanitized for your comfort. Please note that this is a non-smoking, pet free house. This 2090 square foot house offers three bedrooms with sumptuous bedding, TVs with Directv HD channels, and private bathrooms. The master suite offers a king bed and romantic Kiva fireplace, not to mention a massive walk-in shower, all with rustic barn-board accents. A second bedroom with a queen bed is located on the same main level and the third bedroom with a queen bed is located on the lower level. The fully equipped kitchen, decorated in rustic Saltillo tile, has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal.

Get a feel for the bygone days of Sedona when people got around on horseback. Cowboy hats are recommended, but not required. And, we'll provide the lasso!

- Cancel 30 days or more before arrival date and get a full refund. Cancel between 7-30 days and receive a 50% refund. A 3% credit card processing fee on amounts paid to date as of the guest cancellation date will be deducted from all refunds.
