Vi är så underbart välsignade att vi äntligen hittat vårt Sedona-hem. Fantastisk utsikt, fem minuters promenad till vandring, promenad till Uptown och så väldigt lugnt och lugnt! Uppdaterat 3 sovrum / 2 badrum, en nivå, mitten av århundradet modern rambler med alla bekvämligheter för en avkopplande och föryngrande semester. Regndusch, 3 king size-sängar, 2 soffstolar, bubbelpool, eldstad, sovhytt, 2 eldplatser, pool / pingpong / airhockeybord. Fantastisk utsikt över Red Rock och vilda djur. . . är bara några av våra hems höjdpunkter.

Fullt utrustat kök - Njut av utsikten över Red Rock medan du gör dina favoritmåltider. Vanlig och Keurig kaffebryggare, dubbelugn, kokplatta, kylskåp med ismaskin, brödrost, mixer, våffelmaskin, crock pot, panini / grillpress, elpanna, krukor och kokkärl, vinglas, Margarita glas, hand mixer, kryddor etc. . Detta är vårt hem och vi gillar att laga mat så vårt kök är välutrustat.

Matsal - Samlas tillsammans och njut av utsikten över Red Rock medan du äter middag vid ett bord som enkelt har plats för tio personer.

Arizona Room - Fantastisk utsikt över Red Rock, TV och öppen spis. Avkopplande stolar och ett spelbord för dessa roliga kortspel, brädspel, pussel och mer. Separation av utrymmet så att vissa kan titta på TV i vardagsrummet och andra kan njuta av lugn och ro i Arizona-rummet eller titta på deras favoritprogram.

Vardagsrum - Njut av utsikten över Red Rock medan du tittar på 55-tums smart-tv med kabel. Lädersoffa och stolar för avkoppling framför spisen. Pool, Ping Pong och Air Hockey 3 i ett bord för att hålla barnen underhållna (även vuxna! :))

Den - Fantastisk utsikt över Red Rock medan du kopplar av i lugn. Två fåtöljer med elektriskt läder.

Master Bedroom - Red Rock Views, King Bed, TV, eget badrum med regndusch.

Great stay in an awesome location

Really nice spot close by and walking distance to town. Good access to hiking and everything. The house was clean and well kept. Had 0 issues getting checked in and out.

Great location/Wonderful View

Home has amazing views inside and out. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds were comfortable. You might want to bring house shoes/slippers because the owners request shoes taken off at the door. Location very convenient to upper Sedona and I did enjoy the nearby hiking trails.

Loved the place, everything in good working order. Lot of nice nooks for people to hang out. Hot tub was a blast. Beautiful dark night skies, would definitely stay again.

Even better than expected!

This Sedona property offered an outstanding experience! Everything about the home was as advertised and then some. It offered a perfect sprawling floor plan for families to spread out and enjoy the various areas, inside and out. Jane, the host was attentive with communication. The neighborhood is located in a perfect location and is a spot to during your trip to the Grand Canyon!

Sweet Sedona was magical

This property was perfectly located close to everything. It’s a beautiful home with all the amenities you could want. The views of the red rock mountains were spectacular and we enjoyed having our coffee every morning enjoying the view. We also enjoyed the hot tub. It was a welcome after a long day of hiking and shopping. Very clean and immaculate. I could see myself coming back again. Loved it!

Just As Represented!

This home was everything represented, and more! The views were incredible! The location is perfect for walking or driving into town. We took a day trip to the Grand Canyon South Rim and it was great to return in the evening to the very comfortable living space and beds! We will definitely return!

Everything we hoped for

The home was everything we hoped for. Everything was easy to find and easy to use. Instructions were helpful. The view out back in the morning was breathtaking and the lack of light pollution in the evening made the stars shine as bright as I’ve ever seen them. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing and magical!

The pictures really don’t do justice to this home. This home is in an upscale neighborhood, close (walking distance) to town and to amazing trails, the view of red rocks from the home was equally as beautiful as some of our hikes. Sitting and watching the sunrise with morning coffee made it hard to leave the house. Our host “Jane Livingston” was attentive to any needs and really sweet. We will definitely keep this home on our A list of homes where we have stayed and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing and magical place in Sedona!

Our stay was amazing! The house was very clean. Very close to all the shops and restaurants. Waking up to the red rock mountains was so beautiful. Everything was perfect! Definitely recommend this house

September in Sedona

My daughter and I chose Jane’s home for our trip to Sedona! Property was clean, well stocked, and the views from sunroom and backyard were absolutely beautiful!! Property is close to shopping, restaurants and is located in a quiet neighborhood! We were about a 15 minute drive to the trailheads for the hikes we wanted to do (Devils Bridge, Birthing Cave, & Boynton Canyon)

House seems like a resort

Beautiful views are added to the many sitting spaces. Within walking distance of hikes (Soldiers Pass, Seven Sacred Pools). Also very close to uptown shopping. Nice quiet, serene neighborhood with amazing landscaping. The teens said it seemed like a resort because there were so many places to spread out around the house and property. The pool table and air hockey were fun, too.

Fabulous!

A beautiful home! Spectacular views in a quiet neighborhood close to town and easy access to hiking trails. We loved having our morning coffee in the backyard enjoying nature and keeping warm by the firepit. Great attention to details, every need was met! Our host was responsive to our questions. We had a wonderful time and recommend staying at this property.

Weeds

Very dated house. Very small bathrooms. Uncomfortable beds. Hot tub falling apart. Yard front and back overgrown with weeds. I'm shocked she gets away with having a weed infested yard. The whole neighborhood has beautiful yards. Would not stay here again.

I looked for years before finding "JVRSweet Sedona". It is in a very quiet neighborhood with amazing fantastic views and very close to hiking. After walking out the front door in 5 minutes you can be in the woods and in 10 minutes you can be on some of the best trails around, Brins Mesa or Jim Thompson which leads to a number of other trails. The energy from the land at our home just cradles you and it is so easy to relax and unwind.

Fantastic views, 5 minute walk to hiking and a 10 min walk to Brins MesaTrail, 10 min walk to Uptown and so very peaceful and quiet! Updated 3 Bedroom/2 Bath, one level, mid century modern rambler with all the amenities for a relaxing & rejuvenating vacation. Rain Shower, 3 King Beds, Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Grill, Sleeper Swing, Hammock, Yoga Mats, Meditation Cushions, 2 Fire Places, Pool/Ping Pong/Air Hockey table, Hot Tub. Fantastic Red Rock Views, Wildlife.
