Here Comes the Sun is the ultimate family vacation destination on Bald Head Island's exclusive East Beach. This gorgeous oceanfront property can host multiple families, and features a spacious first-floor master suite and sitting room, along with two king-bed en suites upstairs (one with a private balcony), and one bunk-bed en suite upstairs (with three sets of bunks). The home has gorgeous 360-degree wrap-around porches on the main level with a hot tub available for an extra fee. From the upstairs deck, you will enjoy watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee and a ridiculously breathtaking view of the Shoals and Atlantic Ocean. When you’ve had your fill of sun for the day, relax under the top deck’s sheltered gazebo. Stay here and you will have your own private beach access boardwalk with six beach chairs, beach toys galore, and an outdoor shower to wash off before coming back inside. Cook for your crew in the well-appointed gourmet chef's kitchen outfitted with every need including a wine fridge and icemaker. Hang out with family and friends in the two-story great room with vaulted ceilings. Make use of the numerous bikes or take a short walk to the Shoals Club or the Conservancy from this sought-after location. Brand new televisions are equipped with popular apps for streaming guests’ personal subscriptions. Temporary memberships are available for both BHI Club and Shoals Club. Comfortably sleeps 12 (max). 4 bedrooms (1K-1K-1K-3BB). 4 full baths, 1 half bath. (1) recently upgraded 4-passenger cart, (1) 6-passenger cart. High-speed internet. Peak Season check-in/check-out is Saturday/Saturday. 4:30pm arrival/10:30am departure.

Check-in and out days in summer season is Saturday-Saturday. Ferry reservations should be made to coincide with the assigned check-in/out times which are 4:30pm property check-in and 10:00am property check-out. Ferry reservations should be made no earlier than 4:00pm. for arrivals and no later than 10:30am for departures. There are no accommodations made for early check-in or late arrivals.

Great house on Bald Head Island

We were all very pleased with this house. The only problem in an amazing accommodation was sluggish toilets. I'm sure this will be remedied for future renters.

Gillade: Renlighet och plats

Spacious but needs repair work

The home on Bald Head was spacious but needed repairs. We were given one towel per person for entire weekend. Both I’ve in refrigerator and separate ice machines were broken. Poor water pressure throughout. Televisions in home did not work. Toilet was not working in master. Tiny closet created in bathroom because owners locked master closet for their use. That was very unfortunate. We would not rent this house again. It was very expensive and basically needed repair. The rental group seemed annoyed that they had to wait on us to get there at 5:30 because they were eager to close. They basically tossed us the keys and said bye. Just not a great experience for a very expensive rental.
