Private Studio, Separate Entrance, Self Check In
***Same night booking requires Host manual booking, please send them a request.***. The room has a very open serene feel despite its size. The smart keypad lock allows you to may come and go at your leisure. You will have your own private bathroom, AC, TV w/ Netflix, Amazon, Disney+, Keurig coffee, microwave, fridge, and all toiletries. The room is perfect for business travelers, students, and vacationers.
The main house could also be occupied and we ask not to bother them.
Visitors- NO VISITORS! Only those number of guests that have booked are allowed in the studio. There will be extra charges if cameras see more people entering. Parties are unsafe and will be shut down, reservation will be cancelled, and no refund given.
Multiple listings- The main house could be occupied however Encounters with other guests are unlikely.
Smoking - No smoking, anywhere. There will be a $150 remediation charge for quick ozone treatment and scrub down before the next guest.
Pets - No pets allowed. Special Cleaning is needed due to pet allergies of future guests. This will result in a $150 additional cleaning charge.
Door Mini Blinds - The upper left Slider will open and close the blinds, the right slider will raise and lower them.
Air - The window unit provides hot and cold air.
Iron - The iron is located under the sink. You can set the ironing board up on the counter and plug the iron in on the left power strip.
Bath Towels- Do not use towels to wash off makeup. Do not use bath towels to wipe blood or bodily fluids. Only use paper towels provided.
Messes - Please pickup any messes with the paper towels, provided under the sink. Stains on bedding or towels will result in a back charge to cover the cost of these items.
Street Parking - parking is available anywhere in front of the house. Please do not park on the driveway as this is reserved for the other listings.
Noise - There is a 10pm cut off for general noise, music, etc.
Bedding - The bed should be left unmade as we strip and wash all bedding after each guest.
Valuables - The Host and VRBO are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please take all items with you after you checkout.

Our family has been hosting this house for the last 7 years and live a short distance away.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
The neighborhood is primarily blue collar family owned homes. You will see a variety of people out and about walking with their kids or dogs. There is a park a few block north of the house. To the south, there is a small family owned grocery store with all the offerings of a large grocer. They prepare their own sandwiches, side salads, pre-cut fruit bowls great for a grab and go meal on short notice. We are a five minute walk to a Subway sandwich shop, a Dollar General , and gas station.
We have two free way on ramps to Hwy 242 only three blocks away that makes a trip to San Francisco or anyplace in the Bay Area a breeze. We are minutes away from two Bart (train) stations, two large movie theaters, many restaurants, and a large mall and more. Concord is one of the recently discovered towns by Millennials in the San Franciscoâs Bay Area as it has a bit of urban vibe but with all the luxuries of an upscale suburb.
We have two free way on ramps to Hwy 242 only three blocks away that makes a trip to San Francisco or anyplace in the Bay Area a breeze.
