Government issued ID and credit card used for the reservation are required prior to check-in. (The ID and credit card must match the name under which the unit is reserved.) These must be submitted via the Check-In Form. Your room door code will only be activated after all these documents have been submitted

The property is equipped with electronic key pad door locks. Your code will be sent to you the morning of your check-in. Additionally, a property information booklet will be included with your door code.
