This beautiful villa has been completely renovated! It is a deluxe 3 bedroom end unit within walking distance of two beach boardwalks, the Beach Club pools, Restaurants and Golf Courses. Enjoy the warm ocean breezes from your screen porch and two outdoor decks. There is a fabulous oak tree shading the first floor deck. The owners have thought of all your vacation needs. Once you enter this villa be prepared to relax and soak in the island.
Head inside to a newly painted, bright and welcoming townhouse with its high ceilings and large panoramic floor to ceiling windows. Find a fabulous kitchen with granite counters, white cabinetry, custom tile work, stainless steel appliances, and a gas Dacor range. In the kitchen there is a laundry spot with stacked full size washer and dryer. The roomy screen porch off the kitchen is the perfect spot for al fresco dining under the ship-lapped ceiling complete with fan. Find beautiful hardwood floors throughout the first floor. There is an open great room for living and dining. The living area has comfortable furniture for relaxing and watching the large Smart TV. In the dining area you will find a dining table with seating for six along with a breakfast table. A great gathering spot for meals or enjoying puzzles and games.
On the first floor you will find the first of three bedrooms. The guest bedroom has a king bed and access to the full hall bath with granite vanity, custom tiled floor and tub/shower combo.. Take the stairs up to the second floor, home to the master en-suite and second guest bedroom. In the master find a king size bed and private balcony. The balcony has two Adirondack chairs to relax in with a morning cup of coffee or afternoon cocktail. Added features in the master bedroom are a ceiling fan and large Smart HDTV. Behind the sliding barn door is the master bath featuring a marble vanity and custom tiled walk-in shower. An additional guest bedroom has twin beds and access to the master bath with another Smart HDTV.
The outdoor living space has a wrap around deck. Sit at the high top table while you wait for your meal to cook on the propane grill. Covered parking and storage is under the townhouse. You can wash off the beach sand under the outdoor shower!

** As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $40/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night â 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Pets NOT allowed
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited.
