This authentic renovated town house is located near the beach (400 metres) and shops and market (200 metres away).

The 55 m2 house is functional, comfortable and has a carefully designed decoration.

The house is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Stag/hen parties are prohibited.

Our local team is pleased to welcome you to the beautiful Île de Ré! Île de Ré offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays with one of the highest sunshine rates in France. Almost everything can be done by bike and on foot, and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island that is 30 kilometres long. Passionate about history, summer activities and gastronomy, art and decoration, we are happy to offer you a quality stay in our home.

Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide with tips and our advice to discover the Island of Ré under the best conditions!

The house is open for booking from 5 days of rental outside the summer period.
