PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE (The reviews they have up are fake) I would strongly advise against booking this property. The host does not provide the entry code until very late, which caused unnecessary stress upon arrival, and they do not answer phone calls when you try to reach them. The condition of the rooms is unacceptable extremely dirty with old carpet that has disturbing, bloody-looking brown stains throughout. The entire place feels neglected, especially since it sits right next to an abandoned house, which makes the environment feel unsafe and unsettling. To make matters worse, the host stays in an RV parked right next to the house, watching the property, which adds a very uncomfortable and invasive feeling to the stay. Overall, the lack of communication, unsanitary conditions, and eerie surroundings make this one of the worst rental experiences I’ve encountered.

Welllllll ….

The beds were comfortable, for our purposes the location was great. The home was not the cleanest, dishwasher never worked and the kitchen was bleak. If you could not cook it with a 7” Teflon skillet and a cookie sheet, you were out of luck. We ended up setting the big garbage can out as it was over full and bringing it back inside the yard for the owner.

Family Vacation

We chose this property because of it's proximity to our family member that lived in the area. The four bedrooms worked perfect for two couples and two kids, who sleep better in their own rooms. A variety of mattress firmness' fit our family perfect :-). The home and backyard worked well for corralling two youngsters.

Property review.

This was the worst property that I stayed in with VRBO. In fact, VRBO should remove the property from it's offering. The property was not ready to receive customers. I had to search the property for the main water valve. There was no running water when we entered the property. There was no electricity in the bathroom receptacles. The GFS system would continuously kick off and I would have to go to the main breaker box to reset the breakers. Removed the shower curtain in the main bathroom due to mold. The carpeting was filthy and NEVER removed my shoes while in the house. This property was unclean and nit up to my stabdards for the price I paid. I would not walk away from this property, I would run!!!
