Professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, Mimi's Hideout was formerly named Rolling Tide II. The retreat welcomes you with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and a private walkway down to the beach.

Offering 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this Gulf Shores vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. Mimi's Hideout features include a fully appointed kitchen and dining room seating to accommodate the whole family. With 8 seats at the main dining room table and 4 additional seats at the bar, there is plenty of room for everyone to sit together for a home-cooked meal. Plus, with family time at top of mind, Rolling Tide II also has two picnic tables on the back deck for a quick lunch, and then head back to the beach using the private boardwalk.

Upon entry to Mimi's Hideout, guests are greeted by an open-concept kitchen and living room overlooking an expansive gulf-front deck. To the left, you will find the laundry room as well as two bedrooms connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom. To the right, you will find the main bedroom with a gulf-front king bed and en suite bathroom, as well as two more bedrooms and another bathroom in the hallway. Beyond the family-friendly floor plan, this Gulf Shores vacation home offers an electric fireplace, comfortable indoor and outdoor seating for every guest, plus TVs in the main living area and every bedroom.

Guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 throughout their stay. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at this property. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Monthly winter guests are welcome. Kaiser Vacation Rentals practices †Enhanced Cleaning Protocol which includes a complete linen turn-over after every guest. Winter monthly guests are welcome. Mimi's Hideout is best booked directly through our website. This home can comfortably accommodate 5-10 vehicles in the driveway.

We loved the house. It was super clean and the common area was very spacious. The quick walk on the boardwalk to the beach was perfect for our family with little ones. We loved it!

Don't tell anyone about this place!

Wonderful private stretch of beach, away from the crowds at Orange Beach but easy enough to get to the restaurants and entertainment there. The house is fantastic; open with great views of the beach and a large central kitchen, dining, and gathering area. The bedrooms are comfortable and afford privacy. The porch is spacious, with room to sit or dine; nice to have a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night and hear the waves. We will definitely be back!

Spring vacation 2022

We LOVED this house! We had 5 couples all together and the bedrooms/set up of the house was perfect. Everything was clean, the check in and check out process was easy. Kaiser rentals was wonderful as well. They allowed an early check in and also accommodated a late check out. The only improvement would be to list the grill under the amenities. That was a nice surprise to find. And if possible, maybe install a booster to the water pressure as it could use some help. Other than that, we have nothing negative to say!
