A+++++ I can't say enough good things!

This property is an absolute DREAM!! Because of a horrible experience at another property, we were desperately looking for an alternative property that we could book within a 24 hours - in the middle of Spring Break - one of the most busiest times in Orlando. The minute I asked a question about the availability of the property, the owner, Michael, contacted me! He was so kind and helpful. Once we booked, I received very thorough instructions, videos on how to work everything in the house and information about the development. Everything was laid out perfectly. I wish I would have taken a video of my kid's surprise and excitement as soon as we entered the house. This house is absolutely incredible - the game room, the theatre, the amazingly decorated theme rooms (the paintings were beautiful), pool/hot tub, pool table... the list is endless. Not only were the accommodations spectacular, the entire home is CLEAN!!! Spotless! It was well-appointed, updated, has a digital directory (HUGE help) and had everything you will need for your entire group. The clubhouse was also amazing - the fitness center was perfect - well stocked, organized and clean. We weren't able to use the community pool there, but it looked like a great time! The basketball court and soccer fields were close and the kids spent some time there and met some other families. Our vacation started as a nightmare because of the other property we booked. When we booked at Michael's home and walked in the house, the entire trajectory of our vacation changed and it was one of the best we've ever had (in huge part to our stay here)! I can't say enough about this property. It is a vacation in itself. This property will make your vacation the best you can imagine. We'll be back!!!! We can't thank you enough!
