***POOL HEATING*** POOL FACING EAST There is a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date. The house has a spa.

***GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING*** Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars and a 2 car indoor garage. Also there is overflow parking about 250 feet down the same street.

** BBQ GRILL We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. ( Extra cost) *** The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm***

**PET POLICY PET FEE OF $150 per pet. Only 1 small dog under 40 pounds allowed. Please inform us if you have a pet that is traveling with you. Any damages or extra cleaning needed will be charged. No more than 1 dog per booking.

house was nice and clean.The jacuzzi didn't work for three days and the pool was full of dirt and leaves even when we cleaned the water was cloudy. When I called they said it was because of the windy weather but we checked in on the Sunday and the weather was not windy from the Thursday before so it was obvious it hadn't been cleaned until the Friday and we left on the Sunday.Also it doesn't say in the listing that the villa is situated next to a main road which was very noisy most of the night and day.

Horrible experience

The house is nice and comfortable, but the company "Plus Vacation homes" is horrible. I rented this house for the weekend and on the second day the air conditioner was not working, it got to about 86 degrees in the house. I sent the host a message on VRBO, sent a text message to the number they provide to call and sent an email to the email they provide. it took hours to get a response. I finally got a an email response saying they are sending an Air conditioning tech. I sent another email if they had an approx. time of arrival, with no response. I had my daughter of 8 years old and my elderly mother with me and it was going on 11:00 pm in a hot house with nothing but a email response. I had no choice but make a decision and take my family home a day early since we are local to central Florida. The next day around 9:00 am, i received a response via text and an email saying 10 am is the arrival of the a/c tech. So they were sending a a/c tech on my check out day 14 hours after they were notified. So yes, a horrible experience and could be for you too. The other issue is there is sliding glass door alarms in the house that go off when they are open and continue will continue of they stay open, the reason i say this because i couldn't just open the doors to hopefully get a breeze in this Florida weather while waiting for an a/c tech. This company "Plus Vacation Homes" will spam you with ton of emails all the rules and regulation and instructions, which are not accurate.

Great property- cozy and convenient

Stayed there for a golf trip, very close to ChampionsGate and Reunion. Lots of common space, nice size bedrooms, great backyard area w pool/spa and grill. Great communication with the owners from booking to check in. Would highly recommend.

Owner in communication when reached out

My experiences was alot that day. I arrived to the house tired and we came to a house that wasn't cleaned and was left from the previous family that was staying at the rental. Yes owner did respond once reached out. He did help us with the problem and sended out the cleaning crew to clean the home. I went out with the family and owner offered to pay for dinner expenses for that day out which was fair becasue we was traveling with kids and at night the house was ready greatful that he helped us with that and appoligized and was always in communication.However on the other side the cleaning crew rushed and left same bedsheets in the rooms. We saw dirt, hair and nails on the white sheets and pillow cases. They were deffently not changed and towels too. I don't want to say this is the owner this was the cleaning Crew that rushed to clean the house and didnt bother to change the sheets. I had to wash all the sheets at 10pm for my kids and us to sleep in a clean bed at least. I did notify and it was late so the next day he did offer to send them to change the next day but imagine after a flight and then had to step out the house so they can clean it. We just wanted to rest after that long day of work and trip and walking and with 3 kids. Parents with kids understand. Owner can improve by making sure his cleaning crew does the job right and making sure all.sheets and towels are clean. The fridge also wasn't cleaned. On the other hand house was as described in the picture. It's a beautiful spacious home. Loved the kitchen had all utensils needed to cook, space and couch was so comfortable. Pool nice size to spend with the family spacious. The hot tub wasn't warming but house is big spacious and nice to spend a nice family or friends getaway.

Excellent stay

The house is very clean, organized, and comfortable. The stay was excellent ! We did not have any issues. The owner of the home is very supportive and helped us when needed. Very satisfied !

Beautiful home

It was a beautiful home! Only thing I didn't like we couldn't go to the waterpark there even though it says it online it didn't include it I feel like it should be!

We had no internet for 3 days, the pool was dirty for 3 days, the cable wasn't working for a couple days. the jacuzzi wasn't heated. I was in contact with the owner everyday. These things should be checked before you have guest. So 3 stars... The home was clean and very well decorated.
