The guest bedroom also features the amazing ocean view and a 55 inches smart Tv with 1 Queen size bed and a private full bathroom with walking shower. The third bedroom is equipped with a smart TV and a twin over twin bunk bed with twin trundle and a separate twin bed, perfect for the kids to enjoy their beach vacation home. Next, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steal appliances and all your cooking utensils and needs to gather family and friends around the spacious 6 seating dinning table, 4 sitting breakfast nook or the 3 sitting bar stools in the kitchen bar top. Providing enough sitting for the entire family. In the open concept living room you will enjoy a comfy section couch and two accent chairs for relaxing time and to enjoy the 55 inches smart TV and free Wi-Fi. Finally, head out on to the private balcony to enjoy the serene views of the beautiful bay as you reflect on the memories created over the day or plan for the day ahead! A large 6 seat outdoor dining set also add additional opportunities for enjoying scrumptious food and good company!

The property still recovering from Hurricane Sally's damages, they are currently replacing a few glass window's & doors in the building. a signed waiver is required to access the property. The schedule date for completion is May 25th,2023.

The BEST

This condo was FABULOUS! Great location, beautiful property and tons of room for our family to spread out and enjoy for the week. You do need to drive to restaurants, coffee and grocery stores but the trade off is an open beach free and open to enjoy. Had an amazing week and will definitely be back!

Beautiful views and lovely condo

We absolutely loved this place. Even nicer in person, very clean and welcoming. Super easy check-in. My only complaint would be that the beds and pillows were not comfortable at all (stiff, hard beds and flat pillows in all rooms, and that was difficult for me because I have back issues. Overall very nice place and we enjoyed our stay.

Stunning Views!!!

We have rented at Bel Sole' before, so we were looking forward to what has brought us back...the views! Just gorgeous from every window and both balconies. You can't beat it anywhere on the Panhandle. The unit is very roomy. Everyone found their bed comfortable. While it could use a good cleaning, the couch is my favorite from twenty years of renting on the gulf. Not kidding! Negatives were parts of decor and kitchen pots and pans were a little weary, some areas were in need of more attention when cleaning, and could have used more towels. Front bedrooms were pretty warm, but that's common everywhere we have stayed with great windows, a worthy trade-off for me every time to get the views we love. Appreciated the friendly, prompt help and thoughtfulness from both the owners and management. Great correspondence. Would rent from them again!

Great views, but needs changes

The views are beautiful, but there are many things we were disappointed with. 1. The condo looked/felt as if it hadn’t been cleaned at all or was cleaned very poorly. (Sand, stains, dirt, dust on many things) 2. The mattresses are extremely uncomfortable. They look old/gross and definitely could use updating. We actually left a night early because we slept so poorly and our bodies were hurting so bad from the mattress. 3. There is only one pillow per person per bed. This is not nearly enough and is also not comfortable. 4. The outdoor table is broken/wobbly/rusty. 5. The couch needs re-stuffed and cleaned or replaced. 6. The stove had broken knobs/a burner that didn’t work. We stayed in the unit directly above this one years ago and it was immaculate, so we were pretty disappointed by this one.

Our Stay

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was very nice. The beds were not very comfortable though. We enjoyed having a boat slip and the pool. The indoor pool is not heated and would have been nice if it were. Our condo only came with one parking pass which was frustrating to only have one vehicle or pay $50 for each additional pass. There were beach chairs in our condo, some beach towels, and a few beach toys that made it very nice to have there. There is only one kitchen towel and one oven mitt so I would suggest to bring extra. Overall we had a great experience!
