Available through keyless smart locks entry. Our pool villa is secured with top of the line alarm systems. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 10 guests with four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A Harry Potter-themed room features a full and twin bed, while the Star Wars room includes two twin beds. Two king suites provide restful spaces with plush beds, smart TVs, and ceiling fans. Additional sleeping space is available with a queen memory foam pullout sofa in the living area. The master suite offers direct access to the pool area through sliding glass doors, along with a private bathroom that includes a bidet and a jetted soaking tub.

Outdoor living
The screened backyard is designed for relaxation and family time. A 16x32 ft pool invites you to cool off, while lounge seating and a shaded dining table create the perfect spot for enjoying meals outdoors. The hot tub is heated and included with your stay, offering a soothing retreat each evening. Pool heating is available but not included in the reservation. Weekly pool maintenance is provided, with the option for additional cleanings if requested.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation simple, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an air fryer, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Essential cookware is provided so you can prepare anything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. Meals can be shared at the indoor dining table or outdoors in the fresh air by the pool.

The air-conditioned game room brings endless fun with a pool table, ping pong, air hockey, and arcade machines. In the living room, a large smart TV offers access to Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, and more, while board games, books, and toys are available for all ages. For those who need to stay connected, high-speed Wi-Fi at 259 Mbps and a dedicated workspace in a quiet room with a door make working from home easy.

The home as a driveway that can accommodate 4 cars or 2 SUVs. This community is right off highway 27 and connects to I4. Great commuter location. Overnight street parking requires a special pass that must be obtained from the host upon check in. Uber and Lyft are readible available.
