Välkommen till vårt smakfullt inredda fairway condominium, uppdaterat med HDTV och trådlös höghastighetsinternet, i den frodiga miljön i Monterey Country Club. Denna centralt belägna femstjärniga country club inkluderar 19 tennisbanor, 35 pool / spa-komplex, två privata golfbanor, ett gym och utmärkta restauranger i ett tidigt klubbhus i Kalifornien-stil med utsikt över farleder, sjö och berg.

En fem minuters bilresa tar dig till El Paseo, "Rodeo Drive" i öknen, för sofistikerad shopping. Fina middagar och många offentliga golfbanor ligger bara några minuter bort.

Vårt bekvämt inredda bostadsrätt renoverades 2007-8 och har två sovrum: sovrummet har en östlig king size-säng (78 'bred med 80' lång), kabel-TV, DVD-spelare och eget uppdaterat badrum; det andra sovrummet har en king size-säng i Kalifornien (72 "bred med 80" lång), kabel-TV och DVD-spelare och ligger tvärs över hallen från sitt eget renoverade badkar. Alla sängkläder, handdukar (inklusive poolhanddukar) och sängkläder tillhandahålls. Tvättmedel, diskmedel och andra hushållsprodukter tillhandahålls också för din användning. Och det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare för din bekvämlighet.

Det rymliga vardags- / matrummet ser ut över golfbanan till Santa Rosa-bergen och har ett välvt tak med fläkt, öppen spis, skinnsoffa, 37 tums LCD-TV med HD-mottagning genom kabelboxen, DVD-spelare och ett matbord som platser sex till åtta. Köket har ett frukostbord och stolar, nyare rostfria apparater, inklusive en två ugns spis, och är välutrustat med mikrovågsugn, brödrost, mixer, kaffebryggare, elektrisk mixer och en mängd krukor, kastruller, disk och glas. Det finns också Time Warner-kabel höghastighetsinternetåtkomst (kräver en Ethernet-port på din dator) och trådlös WiFi-funktion.

Ät frukost (med färsk grapefrukt plockad från vårt eget träd!), grill, och bara koppla av i solen på den söderläge uteplatsen med utsikt över östra golfbanans dubbla farled, med utsikt över bergen bortom! Eller bara krulla upp en schäslong i den tysta innergården och läs! Simma i en av de närliggande poolerna eller njut i spaet bredvid en pool! Handla, äta ute och spela!

Allt du vill är i närheten, men du kommer att känna dig långt borta i denna vackra, tropiska miljö!

Julie’s place was perfect for us. A great, central location; well stocked with quality sheets and towels. Comfortable furniture including an excellent bed. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Julie’s condo.

Clean and Comfortable

We had a very pleasant stay here while in town for an event. Julie was communicative and made sure we had everything set before arrival. The home was clean, well-stocked, and in a very nice location. We would highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Palm Desert, and we would love to return again!

Great winter sun.

Large condo at private Country Club with 2 bedrooms and separate living, dinning, kitchen areas. Outstanding feature is the south facing rear patio for the winter sun. Fully equipped kitchen. Host is very accommadating with extensive instructions.

Great stay!

My husband and I and our two children stayed for about two weeks in this condo. Everything you could need was in this condo. The beds were amazingly comfortable and there was a t.v. in each room. Two pools with hot tubs were within walking distance. My husband and I enjoyed coffee each morning on the back deck. Julie was very prompt at returning any correspondence. We would certainly return again!

Monterey CC January Stay

Totally enjoyed staying at Julie’s condo. Very walkable area and easy in/out. The patio views are great this time of year with the sun crossing so low in the south sky. Master bedroom is very comfortable and the condo is especially quiet at night. Julie is easy to communicate with and very thorough in instruction. The fresh grapefruit in the tree is an added bonus! Thank you Julie!

Dog hair and smell

After we spent 48 hours cleaning this property, it was fantastic. Dog hair everywhere. Indeed, the dryer filter appeared not to have been cleaned for months. Loose dog food in pantry. Garage reeked of old dog food. Vent over stove had not been cleaned for at least six months. Dog hair even in pots and pans cupboard.

Another Great Stay!!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we plan to stay again sometime! The location is close to two pools and great shopping! The beds are comfortable and the condo is stocked with all u might need.

Couldn't Have Been Better!

Everything from beginning to end was extremely professional. The condo was a great place to stay for my 50th birthday getaway. The condo was extremely clean & tastefully decorated. Very convenient location to getting around in the Palm Desert/Palm Springs area. We would choose to use this condo again if we plan another trip to Palm Desert.The owner (Julie), was very detailed in every way and being our first time to rent from VRBO we were a little nervous and didn't know what to expect. It just really "couldn't have been better."

This is a fantastic condo!

We loved our month in this condo. The owner couldn't have been more helpful with the contract, clear instructions, and attention to every detail that provided for a really fine experience for us. The condo is open and airy, has very nice furniture, two super sunny patios, a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and top-of-the-line linens and dishes. We couldn't have found a better location, close to shopping, parks, and the weekend street fair. We did lots of walking and were grateful for the owner's suggestions and ideas about hikes, stores, and activities. Anyone would be very pleased to stay here. The southern view from the golf side of the condo is incredible...mountains, two fairways, palm trees, and pools. There are even grapefruits to pick off the tree in the front patio. You can't do better than this piece of paradise!!

I love the area! Now that I have recently graduated from law school at a very advanced age -- a second career for me -- I am renting out this condo which is my own personal condo, when I won't be able to use it. As I have asthma and allergies, my condo is perfect for people who have asthma and allergies! The floors are tile, with area rugs; there are no curtains to trap dust; and most of the furniture is solid wood or MDF from Pottery Barn. I also live just north of Lake Tahoe, CA. in the cute and fun mountain town of Truckee in the summer. Tahoe summers are as perfect as desert winters! Do send me an email or give me a call. I would love to tell you about this rental property. I repeat that my condo is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed!

I love the desert and I was seeking a winter home away from the snow in Tahoe. Winters in the desert enjoy perfect 70-72 degree sunny weather, and I bought at Monterey Country Club because of its beautiful landscaping, central location to Palm Desert and other desert towns, and quiet lifestyle! Further, my condo is in the quiet rear of the club, affording a quiet and restful stay!

I love looking at the Santa Rosa mountains across the lush golf course; they are so beautiful. I go to the Tennis Club at Monterey when I am at my condo, and the tennis staff fixes me up with others to play tennis with. The tennis club has a very active membership and playing tennis at Monterey CC is very enjoyable. I also like the pools that are in each neighborhood. Swimming at the pool is a great way to meet one's neighbors.
