Location, Hot Tub, Dog Friendly, High-Speed Internet & AC Home near Boyne & Schuss Mountains, Torch Lake, Charlevoix, Petoskey, golf courses, and 3 minutes to the sandy beach on Lake Charlevoix! 20 minutes to Lake Michigan and 35 minutes to Torch Lake! Curious how close you are to numerous things to do year-round, go to the bottom of this description for details.
Our home sleeps 11 in bedrooms and 13 total with a pull-out couch. It is a perfect home for multi-family gatherings as it has 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms and a fenced in backyard for the family & your doggies to enjoy!
Upon entering the home, you walk into the living room with a 65” smart TV and an open concept living room, dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen. Our guests' reviews comment how the fully stocked kitchen is the best they have ever rented. The lower level consists of 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 queen + bunk bedroom). The kids bunk bed is a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle so the bunk room can sleep 5 kiddos comfortably. The kid's bedroom closet is full of toys, puzzles, and games to keep your kiddos entertained while on vacation. There is a renovated 1 bedroom (queen), 1 bathroom apartment attached, a perfect in-law suite so the home has 2 kitchens and 2 living room areas. The apartment is located on the main floor of the home so all can come and go easily between the two spaces but there is a door to close off the apartment side for privacy when preferred.
