The accommodations were excellent. The location was perfect for navigating Zion National Park. Grocery stores restaurants all within walking distance from accommodations. 5 stars.

We absolutely loved staying at this unit for our trip to Zion. Everything about it was perfect, and the view from the porch was INCREDIBLE! Two minute drive to the entrance of Zion as well. Highly recommend!

This vrbo was a seamless experience. We drove right up into our parking spot at the base of the stairs to the house. No issue to gain entry per the instructions that were sent. Everyone in our group said "wow" when we walked through the door. The space is both comfortable and beautiful at the same time. The open space kitchen, dining and living was perfect for our group. The kitchen was clean and well appointed. The outdoor dining (after using bbq) was amazing. We had great views of the mountains while eating. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also nicely designed, clean and well stocked. The location is the best. We walked to and from the shuttle stops every day. To go into Zion NP the stop is 1 block away and returning it is right out on the street. Coffee shops, dining, shopping and grocery are all within walking distance. The exit instructions were simple and not overly fussy. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect spot for our family! We rented e-bikes so we never moved the car since it was so convenient. Everything was well stocked with all of the necessities. I hope to return!

This apartment was petfect in every way. Fully.equiped with everything you need. Conveniently located to restaurants, shops, shuttle stops. It was perfect for our family.

PERFECT location, right in the middle of Springdale. Steps away from shopping, dining, and the local free shuttle. The most well equipped vacation rental property in which we’ve stayed. Super clean, spacious 3 BR, with a great kitchen. And the view from the balcony!The apartment is up a flight of 16 stairs, right above a bicycle rental business which has employees and music playing starting at 7:30 in the morning. That wasn’t too loud, and it didn’t bother us in the least (the adults; we’re up early), and our teenagers can sleep through anything.The visitor’s center in Zion National Park, and the Park itself was super busy (early October). There was NO parking in the park itself. Most visitors had to pay to park in Springdale, and shuttle in to the Park. We tried to drive in to Zion once, and discovered that. After, for the rest of the week, we left the car parked at the apartment and took the shuttle.Our host, Zabrina, stopped by for a brief visit on our 2nd day, after texting first. She’s lovely, charming, and very helpful and attentive to her guests.My wife and sons want to come back here every year, now. If we ever do, we will absolutely try to stay here again.

Great property, right in the middle of Springdale. Lovely place. Outstanding beds. This 3BR property worked great for our group of 5. And being on the top floor of a stand alone building meant that we didn't hear any neighbors and had super easy parking.Definitely recommend it to others heading to Zion (also, the shuttle bus stop is right where you walk out of the place). Super convenient.

Accommodations and hospitality were wonderful. Location was excellent for visiting Zion along with walkable restaurants and shooed to explore . Highly recommend this house on a visit to Zion .

Fully equipped kitchen; we were able to shop for groceries and have breakfasts and some dinners as a family. The only item i would say would be a good addition would be a high chair.Otherwise very kid friendly; books, porta pack. Very spacious; great space for our 6 adults and two young children . Great location in Springdale; right by Zion shuttle stop. Great access to restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and gift shops. Great kids playground .6 miles away. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic place right in the heart of Springdale

We loved the location in the heart of Springdale with easy walking or shuttle access to Zion. The property was clean and well cared for. Great place to stay!
