We loved our stay here! It was very cute and well-stocked. The location is great, close to lots of great restaurants and the beach. The building itself was a little outdated but the apartment was great.

A perfect lodging for our stay in San Juan. We’re walking distance to the beach, many different coffee shops and stores. Old San Juan is only an uber away. Look forward to coming back again. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Perfect cozy apartment right between the beach and Calle Loíza. My husband and I really enjoyed the location and the cozy apartment. The price is great for such a nice location. It was pet friendly and a beautiful neighborhood

The location is great. Walking distance to the beach, cafes, and tourist attractions. The building and room is definitely more outdated than the pictures show. There were some lights that didn’t work and a slightly uncomfortable bed/pillows. Overall, location was the best part about it.

the property is within a block of the beach and in an upscale neighborhood with an emphasis on security. Lots of eating and shopping options close by.

Perfect location! First time in Puerto Rico and this place was awesome! Super easy check in, Alice was very helpful & communicative, she even had our room ready early. Location was super safe, great food coffee nearby, ability to take the bus to Isla Verde beach and walk to shops.

This was a great little studio apartment, that was located one block from the beach and not far by car from all of the main attractions of San Juan! Alice was a great host, and was very responsive every time we reached out with a question.

It really is cozy and comfortable!!

This place is the real deal. The location is absolutely perfect. It's so close to the beach and many great restaurants. It was absolutely spotless as well. Definitely a smaller studio, but it was everything I expected from the description and photos. The small amenities (like toothpaste and coffee) were a welcomed touch. I'd totally stay here again.

Steps from the beach, walkable to a lot of restaurants. Room was cute and colorful, although a bit outdated. Windows didn’t do much to block outside noise. Alice responded in a timely manner to questions. Overall, a nice stay in a good location.

Alice was very welcoming and the amenities were fine. It was great for two people. She accommodated us by allowing us to drop off our luggage early at around 12pm but we weren’t able to check in till 5:30. She did give the choice and that’s what we choose.

I love it here! Perfect size. Clean. Near everything. The elevator is a little off and the pool definitely need some love. But overall excellent. Use the stairs and swim in the ocean.

Beautiful apartment in a great location!

Awesome location & great service. Host was awesome in sharing information when I check in and made sure we settled in. The condo is right next to the beach. It’s walking distance to a lot of stores and it’s also quiet. Definitely will be booking our next stay with Alice!

Stayed here 2 nights on my way out of the Island. Really enjoyed staying here. This listing is small but comfortable and the host responded to me immediately when i reached out. I'd stay here again

Small but is what we needed

The location of the property in San Juan was perfect for us. Super close to Old San Juan, close to restaurants, right in the corner of the beach. The owner was so nice and easy to contact. The apartment is small, there is no privacy so if you go make sure you go with someone you really know, but it's perfect for us (I went with husband and baby). The building is the oldest in the area but like I said, it really worked for us. We didn't stay in much because we wanted to see everything and honestly, I have no complains, the place is what we needed! Clean, equipped with everything and the owner was awesome. Thank you!!!

We had a great stay at Alice’s place. The location was absolutely ideal - a block from the beach and within walking distance to anything and everything we needed. Alice was a great communicator. We’d absolutely stay here again.

I had a wonderful experience. This is an amazing place within a few blocks of a beautiful beach and great restaurants. Access was easy and owner was responsive. I would come back to this property in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful experience. ❤
