You will love the peace and the proximity to the beach. The condominium has free parking and a laundry room, and you can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach. I have two pretty units on the same floor; if you need both, let me know! With love, Alice.

This is a great place to stay in San Juan. Very responsive host. Clean place and close to the beach. Five stars!

It really is cozy and comfortable!!

This place is the real deal. The location is absolutely perfect. It's so close to the beach and many great restaurants. It was absolutely spotless as well. Definitely a smaller studio, but it was everything I expected from the description and photos. The small amenities (like toothpaste and coffee) were a welcomed touch. I'd totally stay here again.

Great location

the property is within a block of the beach and in an upscale neighborhood with an emphasis on security. Lots of eating and shopping options close by.

Beautiful apartment in a great location!

Awesome location & great service. Host was awesome in sharing information when I check in and made sure we settled in. The condo is right next to the beach. It’s walking distance to a lot of stores and it’s also quiet. Definitely will be booking our next stay with Alice!

Stayed here 2 nights on my way out of the Island. Really enjoyed staying here. This listing is small but comfortable and the host responded to me immediately when i reached out. I'd stay here again

Small but is what we needed

The location of the property in San Juan was perfect for us. Super close to Old San Juan, close to restaurants, right in the corner of the beach. The owner was so nice and easy to contact. The apartment is small, there is no privacy so if you go make sure you go with someone you really know, but it's perfect for us (I went with husband and baby). The building is the oldest in the area but like I said, it really worked for us. We didn't stay in much because we wanted to see everything and honestly, I have no complains, the place is what we needed! Clean, equipped with everything and the owner was awesome. Thank you!!!

All around great!

We had a great stay at Alice’s place. The location was absolutely ideal - a block from the beach and within walking distance to anything and everything we needed. Alice was a great communicator. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Amazing

I had a wonderful experience. This is an amazing place within a few blocks of a beautiful beach and great restaurants. Access was easy and owner was responsive. I would come back to this property in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful experience. ❤
