New couch is also a queen pull out bed which allows all guests to sleep comfortably. All bed linens and bath linens are provided. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils- perfect for your vacation stay! Access to downtown

Place is very dark hard to get ready. The View outside of place is employees smoking outside the restaurant across the street. Nice location to get to most activities in the area. Not close to the beach.

Great location!

We loved that we were able to walk/bike everywhere we wanted to go in Grand Haven. Great gift shops, boutiques, restaurants, and coffee shops. Condo has a cool industrial feel with exposed brick and high ceilings showing beams.

Beautiful condo, great location! It was so nice to be able to walk to everything. It was so easy to get into the condo and the host was amazing, replied to questions immediately. I would definitely recommend!

Cute place with a great location!

We had the best time in Grand Haven! The location of the apartment is truly fantastic - we were able to walk to all our meals and enjoy the fountains at night. The beach was a quick drive. The apartment is so cute and the space well utilized. The kids loved the 2nd bedroom and beds were super comfy! We cannot wait to return next year.

Great downtown location for the winter fest

Great downtown location and price for the winter fest. The old piano factory turned lofts with high ceilings and exposed wood beams is a cool vibe. This unit is first floor which provides easy access for entry and loading luggage and supplies for our 4 nights. Entrance and windows on the side street is more suceptable to city noise.

Very cute and great location!

Nice condo. The 2nd bedroom is very small. The bed fits literally wall to wall. You would have to crawl over another person to get out if there are two of you. Not sure it comes across in the picture. That said, we only used the Master so had no problem. Very cute and comfortable decorating! The location is Perfect! Cute shops, the Harbor and restaurants all right there!

Great location!

Downtown Grand Haven has a lot going on and great food! We could walk or ride our bikes almost everywhere that we wanted to go. Technically it is a two bedroom condo but the bedroom wall doesn’t go all the way to the ceiling. It was fine for our teenagers, but it did make the space feel smaller because we had to be quiet in the mornings. We also loved the natural lighting during the day. In the evenings it was a bit dark in the condo because of the lack of lighting.

Location!

Perfect location for all things downtown grand haven. We loved being across from the musical fountain and all the shops, bars and restaurants. Beds are comfortable and the perfect little spot to retreat to after a day in GH.

Great location

The condo is modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The beds were great, and the sleeper sofa was surprisingly amazing—I didn’t expect such a high-quality mattress. The location is fantastic, just steps from downtown, and it took us about 30 minutes to walk to the lighthouse.The only minor downside is that the condo is on the first floor, so you can hear footsteps and plumbing from the upstairs unit, especially in the early morning. We also noticed some truck beeping starting around 8 a.m.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo for its cleanliness, comfort, and unbeatable location.
