Kom och njut av vår vackra strandlägenhet vid Beachside I i Sandestin. Beachside I är den perfekta platsen för att njuta av allt Sandestin har att erbjuda. Vår lägenhet ligger på bottenvåningen med öppen utsikt över frodiga grunder och sanddyner och kikar över det glittrande viken bakom sanddynerna. Det bekväma bottenvåningen läge ger enkel tillgång till den uppvärmda poolen, badtunna och strandpromenaden till den vita sanden på Sandestin.

I vardagsrummet finns en drottning bäddsoffa och loveseat. I vardagsrummet finns en 50 tums LED-TV för att njuta av efter din dag på stranden. Det stora sovrummet har en king size säng med tryckavlastande madrass, underhållning armoire med 32 "HDTV, bifogade master badrum med en stor dusch och en walk in closet. Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar med plysch madrasser, en underhållning armoire med en 32 "HDTV, en stor garderob och ett separat badrum. Efter en dag på stranden, njuta av bekvämligheten med fullt utrustat kök. Matbordet har massor av utrymme att samlas kring och göra planer för nästa dag på stranden.

My husband, our 13 year old, and I loved our stay. It was conveniently located to the pool and beach. I loved that we didnt have to bring our own beach towels and chairs. The owners provided detail check-in and check-out instructions. It was a lovely place to stay. Wonderful amenities in the condo and the whole property. Highly recommend a stay here.

Wonderful

The condo, location, and entire property are great!! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while on vacation, the pool is amazing and the walk to the ocean from the boardwalk is beautiful. The condo was clean, had everything we needed, comfortable and felt like home. I would never stay another place since being here

Everything we needed

We couldn’t have asked for a better week over New Years! The location to the pool, hot tub, beach and basketball courts was ideal for our family of energetic kids (ages 10-14). The sunrises and sunsets could be seen through the windows. We walked to nearby fireworks ( long walk) in NYE! It was the sun escape we needed coming from the Midwest. Great place !

Awesome place and location!

Great place for families and close to everything. Wish it had a golf cart option as you cannot rent one in Sandestin unless your an owner we found out. Highly recommend!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This first floor condo was perfect for our recent beach stay. Beautiful accommodations and felt like the beach and pool were in our backyard. Just steps from everything. Highly recommend.

The property owners made our last minute decision to take a short beach break very easy and efficient. Everything was exactly as described, clean and ready for us to enjoy. We loved some of the unique property features including the upgraded pool and communal beachfront deck.

Loved it!!

This was the best equipped place that we have rented. Loved the back porch with the sea breeze, hope we can return. I gave property management a 5 but we never had any interaction with them, I didn’t want to hurt the owners rating.

Loved being on 1st level!

Condo was perfect for our small family. It will be really nice when the pool is completed for those that don’t want to go down to the very busy beach! It would be nice if you had more than one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom.

A great place for family time!

The process was extremely smooth. The place was in a fantastic location in Sandestin. Very quiet location perfect for a getaway. The owners were extremely helpful with their directions and how to navigate the process. The only downside is the gym is literally 3 small treadmills in the building so to categorize it as a fitness center is a bit of a stretch. I only say this is you’re looking to maintain fitness while visiting.We absolutely loved the place and wouldn’t hesitate to rent again!

Very Responsive Owner

The property was exactly what we were looking for. We had friends staying in the same building and we did dinners on our porch because the back yard/green space was perfect for the kids to run around. Grilling station was very close to our porch and we took full advantage. We had a minor issue with a smoke alarm, and the ownership had it taken care of immediately. The beach chairs that came with the condo were great, and they saved us a lot of packing room in our car. All and all it was an amazing place that we built wonderful memories with our three kids.

Perfect Location for Families with Littles

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location of the ground floor condo was perfect for our family which included 3 young children (4 and under). It was a short walk for anything left behind while we were at the pool and even the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of towels, and the addition of beach chairs and toys was a great perk. Our oldest (10) enjoyed trying the skim board on the beach. The pool at this condo is also perfect for young children. The large shallow sun deck allowed them to play independently without us having to hold them in the pool the entire time. We will book again if we take a beach trip to the same area!

Family Vaca 2023

I booked this condo based on other reviews. It did not disappoint. We arrived at exactly check in 4pm on Sunday. We have 3 kids ages 6,4 and 1 -all boys. We really enjoyed the main floor property. Location was great and close to the parking lot for unloading and loading. We just grabbed a cart from the main lobby area and unloaded in our room. The back patio was great and our kids enjoyed the grass area. The back patio light could be brighter we weren’t able to sit outside too late due to this ( not a huge deal) The rooms were HUGE & so clean. The actual unit was spotless. Towels were big and fluffy, lots of outlets and charging areas for all items. Beds were so comfortable until all our kids crawled in with us haha. The kitchen had so many items, we were not without. Laundry was easy to use & dishwasher was handy! The unit was updated and bright and clean, the windows in the master and back patio let in so much beautiful light! The host was so easy to communicate with and very quick to reply. I was so pleased with the communication and her efforts to make our stay wonderful. The gate off the back patio to the pool was locked during our stay because of a little construction so we’re not able to access that path but we just used the inside hallway instead which worked out better because we stopped at the ice machine to fill the cooler on the way to beach/pool! The beach is incredible And private to beachside which made it quiet and enjoyable! We loved it all!

2025 Family Vacation

I felt extremely safe at the condo. Doug & Jennifer answered any questions promptly. The condo was spacious and clean, the amenities were very nice- easy beach access. The only thing negative is that you do have to pay for an umbrella and chairs if you want a front row view of the ocean- they do not come with the stay. But there are chairs, and an umbrella at the condo! We purchased an extra tent and set up each day it was still a fantastic time on a beautiful beach!

Varför värden valde detta boende

We have been visiting the gulf coast for more than 20 years. And, we have wanted our own little piece of the beach ever since. We just loved the beautifully landscaped grounds, the incredible beach and all the recreation that Sandestin has to offer without ever having to leave the resort.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

It is incredible to be able to walk out the back door of our condo to the beach. We especially love our ground floor location so that we have quick access to the lawn, pool and beach boardwalk without waiting on an elevator.
