This convenient oasis features the prime fusion of comfort and convenience and is well-equipped with all home comforts. A complex boardwalk makes it simple to stroll to the sand. A shared sundeck is a prime place to soak up the rays. Kick back for movie nights in the welcoming living area. A TV sets the scene, a gas fireplace adds ambience, and a queen sofa bed provides another sleeping option. The kitchen has all you need to create your favorite meals and beach snacks. You will find a microwave, sink, dishwasher, two-burner stove, and refrigerator. Added perks of this family-friendly vacation rental include partial air-conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and beach towels.

Very Nice Condo

Very nice condo. Clean and well stocked. Just the right size for a couple. Only a few steps from the beach, which is private. Great Cape Cod location mid way down the cape. Only 20 minutes from shopping and the fish pier in Chatham and an hour from Provincetown. We would definitely stay again. The only reason it’s a 4 star and not 5 are some minor issues that are easily addressed: Needs a new mattress on the bed. Way too soft Drain in the master bath slow Most important: The door keypad is awful. Needs a 9 digit code which doesn’t work even when entered correctly. Took multiple attempts to get in every time we used it. There must be an easier type of keypad lock. Other than these small issues I would recommend and we would rent again.

Properly Manager bad communication

Wanted to reschedule due to COVID in my family and was given conflicting info. Ultimately they would.not reschedule (even in winter on Cape Cod) and wouldnt even refund a cleaning fee. I asked for the property manager Vacasa to contact the owner but got. I response. Would not book again with any property managed by Vacasa.

Cape Condo

We enjoyed our stay at the immaculate beach condo in Dennis Port. The condo was very clean, organized, and well decorated. We enjoyed how close the condo was to the beach, shops, and restaurants in town. We appreciated the supplies that were in the condo for us as well. A few suggestions for future stays: the sofa bed has a bar pressing into the mattress. A mattress topper might be a nice touch for additional comfort. A full length mirror could also be a nice addition in the condo. The water pressure in the big bathroom was a little low. The bottom shelf on the door of the refrigerator has a broken attachment that was taped on before we arrived. And the air conditioning unit in the main sitting room might need to be replaced. The fan does not stay on and the room was a little warm.

My partner and I really enjoyed this property. Out host was very attentive with information and checking in with us. The property was spotless. The kitchen was very well equipped. The apartment was right next to the private beach as advertised. There was adequate parking. The bed was comfortable. WiFi had a strong signal. The washer and dryer worked very nicely.

Great stay!

The condo was lovely. Super clean. The beach was small and Shelly/rocky but that’s okay. Bathrooms/showers were great! Bed was good. Couch bed was awful unfortunately but I know that’s how to have a good mattress on. We would stay again!!

Advertised as immaculate, but definitely not

The condo location was great in a quiet area with private beach. However, the condo itself was not very clean. The carpet in the main living area was stained and had something brown ground into it. The side table had grit on it. We had to search for sheets and blankets for the pull out. The quilted “white” blanket was yellowed and had multiple stains on it. The mattress was awful, and you could feel every coil in it. The quilt on the bedspread in the bedroom also had stains. I would
