PRIVATE POOL! Unique two bedroom, two bath home with a one bedroom, one bath guest quarters downstairs. This home features a tropical interior, beach access, beach view, screen porch, outside shower, fish cleaning sink/table, CH&A, Fireplace, Microwave, Washer/Dryer, 4 Cable TVs, 2 VCRs, 1 DVD and much more. NO SMOKING.

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was old and dirty, no broom only had 1 trash bag no laundry detergent to do their laundry no soap for dishes the room down stairs is unlivable... smells moldy and. We all got splinters from the deck, water spots that were unpleasing to the eye. Baby gate was trash. Showers had no water pressure. The pool gate was about to fall off. Mold around the ac vent's the refrigerator didn’t have a door handle. The only positive is that it was a good location very unhappy with this property. It was pretty disgusting the bathrooms were filthy

Pelican Pass

The house is in need of some TLC but is a comfortable beach vacay house.

This is a nice location with excellent Gulf views. The house needs a little TLC but is quite comfortable. The pool is very nice.

Pelican Pass at St. George Island

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seven days and nights of complete relaxation. The house was exactly what we wanted... swimming pool, close to the beach, awesome screened porch with sea breeze, and A/C that kept the house cool all day. Some furniture and accessories were in need of repair but everything was functional.

It stayed 80 degrees the whole time! We called and they sent an ac repair man the informed us the unit was fine nothing he could do.
