Location fabulous for getting to park. Cabin exactly as advertised. Beds comfy, lots of little touches. Only drawback was coffeepot. Left a note. Definitely would stay here next time.

The property was clean and as described. It is convenient to RMNP and downtown Estes Park is a short drive away. There's a fairly well stocked grocery store and eating places within walking distance. So location is convenient. The property sits at the back of the cabin complex, on a hill with lots of rocks and huge Ponderosa Pines and a less developed area in back, so there's quite a lot of privacy. I saw lots of wildlife - an elk herd paraded one by one past the cabin one evening and a mule deer had lunch and a siesta right outside my back door. Squirrels, rabbits, chipmunks and birds, including hummingbirds (note to management - you need to refill the feeder). All in all, happy with my choice. No complaints.
