Bo och koppla av i vårt rymliga radhus nära Disney, Universal och Sea World. Vårt radhus ligger i Terra Verde, ett högt rankat, gated, semester community. Enligt en gäst är vår villa en av de bästa i Terra Verde (kolla in recensionerna). Vår villa har gratis internet, USA och Kanada telefon. Det finns digital kabel-TV i alla tre sovrum och en TV, blu-ray-spelare och surroundljud i vardagsrummet. Vårt radhus är fullt möblerat med ett välfylldt kök och massor av sängkläder. Vår villa är väl underhållen och har en ny AC-enhet och badtunna. Barnvänlig: leksak / spjälsäng, barnstol hög stol, paraply barnvagn, baby gate för trappor, utloppsskydd; och nudlar för större barn och poolen ..

Koppla av på uteplatsen vid grillen eller sitta i den uppvärmda badtunna. Terra Verde är omgivet av naturreservat. Du kan ta en trevlig promenad runt dammen där hägrar och ankor matar, eller så kan du prova lyckan med stång och rulle.

Walt Disney World (15 minuter), Celebration (14 minuter) och Universal (30 minuter) ligger i närheten eller så kan du ta en trevlig dagstur till Sea World, Cape Canaveral, Legoland, Everglades, olika parker eller Cocoa beach. Terra Verde är cirka 5 minuter till ett WalMart supercenter och många andra butiker och restauranger.

Vi har två fastigheter i samma samhälle för de semesterfirare som behöver mer utrymme, men ändå vill ha separata familjhem. Vi är stolta över våra fastigheter, förbättringar för 2018 inkluderar en ny badtunna.

Vår fastighetschef är fantastisk och har ett kontor på klubbhuset.

GREAT PLACE

This is the 4th time I have stayed at Terre Verde resort and I will stay there again for sure. This place was excellent. Just the right size for the number of people. The hot tub was super relaxing for the adults and the kids enjoyed the pool and club house area. We enjoyed the grill as well. All the comforts of home away from home.

Great vacation

Very nice place, no issues at all. Nice private hot tub. Owner responded immediately when had questions. Check in was easy , resort was good. Nice pool, hot tub and tiki bar.

Perfect!!!!!

Home was clean & very spacious. The view was amazing! The resort was family oriented & fun! Lots to do! Location was great...out of the noisy touristy area!!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Villa!

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The villa was clean and had everything that we needed. The owner was very responsive throughout the entire booking process. Terra Verde is a nice gated community. Thank you. Will certainly book again!

Great place to vacation!

The condo was immaculately clean, nicely furnished and provided everything we needed. The pool was a short walk out the back door. Everyone at the resort was helpful and friendly. The damage deposit was returned quickly following our stay. Would love to stay there again! The Healy's

Great stay!

Condo was clean, spacious and had everything you needed. Situated on the pond, which is lovely. Short walk to the clubhouse, pool and tiki bar. Owner was responsive to small issue when we first got there. Would definitely rent again. Thank you!

Comfortable Place to Stay

Hi Jon. Thank you for renting us your home. We enjoyed the townhouse, it was very comfortable and homey. Thank you for the quick call concerning the hot tub and your follow ups. The resort itself was amazing, able to use the mini-golf many times!!! The view from the townhouse was nice!!! We would love to come back and rent with you again sometime!!!

Terra Verde review

Great experience. Unit was fully equipped with every thing we could have needed from cookware to beach chairs, towels, etc. Unit was very thoughtfully supplied. Hot tub was glorious. Gas grill was a plus. Pool and club house area beautiful. Loved the Tikki bar and grill. Would do this again !

Another great visit to Terra Verde

Fantastic town house on the amazing Terra Verde resort, a return resort visit for us. The town house had all the amenities you need for a vacation, it was clean, tidy and well maintained with nice views across the lake to the fountain. We did manage to use the hot tub a few times, despite the exceptionally hot weather. However this is where the resort is great, as we went to use the pool some days too. Great food and service at the pool bar once again, and really helpful staff in the clubhouse. The resort is ideal for the 192 Kissimmee area, and all the big Orlando tourist spots. We would definitely recommend the townhouse, and hosts, to others.

Condo review

Nice older condo that could use some upgrades. Neighbors around the pond are inconsiderate by playing music very loud everyday. No answer when calling in a noise complaint. Owners are very responsive.

Pleasant Stay

Enjoyed our stay, as always Terra Verde staff are outstanding. Nice short walk to the clubhouse. Pool was not heated for the first 2 days (was an ongoing issue since January), but was resolved when we were there. Great afterwards!

Great place!

We stayed for 5 days during our visit to Disney World. The place was very close to the park and was a very easy drive. It was a beautiful setting and very well supplied. We would definitely stay there again.

The property is really nice and comfortable. It is at least a 20 min drive to get to any of the parks, but it was well worth the drive to come back to a private hot tub!! I felt very safe in the resort, I would definitely stay here again.

Lonnie and Jon’s place was perfect for our family vacation. It had all of the amenities we needed and it was in the perfect location with easy access to all of the nearby attractions. We definitely look forward to staying at Terra Verde again.

I am a semi-retired veterinarian and University professor, my wife works in medical imagining. We have 4 children and 2 grand children who love their Florida vacations. We purchased a house in Florida for winter breaks and to share with guests from the USA and around the World.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Our house is close to the major theme parks. It is set in a relaxing gated resort community. We love having the freedom to chose between Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, Legoland, or even a trip to Cape Canaveral one day and being able to chill out by the pool the next. You can choose between dining out, having a meal in your townhouse or a BBQ beside the pond. We love having the extra space that is not readily available in a hotel. We chose this property after looking at a lot in the Kissimmee area because Terra Verde is an exceptionally nice (top rated) gated community and the Mediterranean style houses are well built.

The back patio with view of the pond is secluded and peaceful. You can chill out with a drink, relax in the hot tub, grill your own steak on the barbecue, or simply relax with a book. Alternatively the large screen TV and sound system are great.
