Our one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo, accommodating up to four guests, is a blend of comfort and convenience. The interior features tile floors, a plush king bed, a handy sofa-sleeper, and recently updated bathroom and kitchen appliances, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Engage in the local beach life with our amenities: grills, tennis rackets, and beach essentials are at your disposal.

While the condo radiates a quaint and homey vibe, akin to staying at a relative's beach house, it doesn't skimp on modernity. The two new flat-screen TVs and a Keurig coffee maker add a touch of contemporary convenience. Plus you'll enjoy upgraded high-speed internet.

Pleasant Beachfront Condo

The condo was comfortable and equipped with what we needed. The recliners were nice for evening. We loved the table and chairs on the veranda for our meals. From there we could look out at the pool and ocean. The best part was sitting on the beach to view the sunrise! We could walk the beach all the way up to Coco Plum Beach, so peaceful. We also met a few other nice people at the pool. The condo at Royal Plum is close to many attractions in Marathon and north and south of the key. The owners have a lovely condo ready for your restful stay. Highly recommend!

Great base to explore the Keys!

We stayed for a week. The pool was great as was the ocean. The beach was very nice too. The unit was in good working order. The bed was a little soft for my liking but was comfortable. The kitchen was adequately equipped. Meghan and Kevin were very nice and helpful. We came just before hurricane Ian blew by and they both made sure we were ok multiple times. There are a lot of rules so be sure to read them through and there won’t be any surprises. The people on site were friendly too. We would stay here again as it was a nice spot to go in both directions to explore the Keys- which we did!

Close to pool & beach. Dislike the fact that the fan in the LR remote did not work and fridge was very cold and could not adjust the temperature.

Wonderful location

The unit was super clean and well equipped. The view of the pool and the Gulf beyond were beautiful and the pool was actually warm enough for me to swim - that doesn't happen often. The area was quiet while so close to delish restaurants. Marathon is near several state parks and just an hour or so from Key West. We highly recommend.
