Our breathtaking 1820's restored cabin is designed beautifully for 8 guests and with 4 private suites, 4 full bathrooms and a half bath, you will have plenty of room to gather and relax. Handcrafted furniture, locally made quilts, fully stocked kitchen, smart TVs in every bedroom and WiFi throughout are just a few of the amenities you will find. Join in on a game of pool on our new pool table. Relax by the fireplaces in either the living room or main floor bedroom, strike up a conversation in the sitting room overlooking the rolling hillside dotted with cattle, engage in a board game of your choice with several provided to choose from or just soak in the views on the full, wrap around porch overlooking the picturesque lake, fire pits and farmland. Ready for adventure? Head out in any direction to easily reach grocery stores, shopping and Kentucky landmarks. Bourbon, Horses and Bluegrass; welcome to Kentucky and Plum Ridge Farm.

This property is absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations. The bedroom situation could not have been better for 4 couples traveling together and the dining table/living room both provided ample space for everyone to hangout. This property is centrally located between Louisville, Frankfort and Bardstown, which is great for adventures on the Bourbon Trail. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone needing accommodations in the area!!!

Wonderful Getaway

Our group of seven family members loved our stay here. The house is extremely clean and well maintained both inside and outside. The rooms are large and there are ample bedrooms and bathrooms and the living room and kitchen provided us ample space to come together as a family. The house is well stocked with everything a person could need right from plenty of towels, extra blankets, toiletries and even firewood for the fire pit.Before booking, questions were answered in a timely manner and after booking, we had no issues with any questions or needs that we had. This is a perfect place for rest and relaxation and we highly recommend it

Family vacation

Beautiful property, close to Bardstown, Louisville and Lexington. The cabin was clean and has great outdoor areas, nice fire pit to have fire on cool evenings.. overall great stay!

February Getaway

The best compliment is the answer to the question, “Would you stay there again?”. Our answer would be absolutely!! The host was very accommodating and her property was perfect. We were a group of 8, four couples staying four nights. This property was very accessible to many Distilleries, 30 minutes in all directions. Thank you for our stay.

House was more than expected. Beautiful house and surroundings, loved the outdoor fire pit, pool table, rustic atmosphere. Beds were comfortable and house was well stocked with every day needs items. Highly recommended this listing. Came here for the bourbon trail, and soon will come back for the Kentucky Derby.

Amazing house. Even more amazing view!

We were truly stunned by this beautiful house and incredible property. Whether it was sunrise, sunset or somewhere in between, the view of the lake from the porch swing or rocker was stunning. House was better than advertised with so many interesting and cool extra touches. Loved our stay and would definitely return.

Great Stay for the PGA Championship

We wish we had planned to stay longer! The house and the property is ideal! We very much enjoyed the outdoor seating and fire pit. The bedrooms were all well appointed and very comfortable. We would definitely plan to stay here again if we travel back to the area.

Bourbon Tour

Great place for any type of getaway. House is beautiful. Perfection location to get to most sightseeing locations, distilleries, and cities/towns. Very peaceful if you need a place to relax and enjoy the country.

Outstanding property in Kentucky

I have taken numerous trips to Kentucky to select bourbon barrels and this has been the best place that I have stayed at. Wonderful location, spacious area, beautiful yard to wander through and a comfortable space to relax after a long day.

Amazing Place!

The house is Beautiful and perfect for a group of family and friends! Bedrooms and bathrooms are large and allowed us to have our private spaces. The fireplaces were perfect. The porch, fire pit and outside property was great! We loved our stay!
