Denna vackra havsutsikt i ett lugnt gated community ligger bara några steg från den vackra stranden i Port Royal Sound. Den har ett fullt utrustat kök med bänkskivor i granit och vackra baksidesplattor, trägolv och en skärmad veranda med utsikt över ett lugnt damm med fontän och utsikt över havet. Båda badrummen har badkar och duschkombo. Du hittar två platt-TV-apparater, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, diskmaskin, DVD och gratis WiFi i lägenheten och på anläggningen. Anläggningsfaciliteter: Gratis wi-fi i allmänna utrymmen, 2 utomhuspooler med badrum vid poolområdet som är öppet från april till september, nyrenoverad uppvärmd inomhuspool med badtunna, shuffleboard, basketplan och 3 tennisbanor. Vi har en semi-privat strand, som vi delar med några hus längs gatan och vår egen privata brygga. Den nyligen renoverade stranden är en avskild, naturlig strand utan folkmassor eller hotell. En fantastisk strand för barn eftersom vattnet är mycket grunt. Du behöver inte oroa dig för att dina barn går vilse i mängden.

Vår skärmad veranda tittar direkt mot lagunen och har utsikt över stranden som ligger bara några steg nedför stigen. Det är tyst på vår semi-privata strand, men du är bara en kort cykel eller bilresa från de livliga stränderna på vår ö! Hilton Head erbjuder också alla andra bekvämligheter som du vill ha på en semester - biografer, cykelleder, comedy club, live teater och musik konserter! Och om du inte vill laga mat finns det många bra restauranger som tillfredsställer alla mattyper och budgetar. Om du shoppar finns det två närliggande utloppsgallerior, flera stora sändnings- och antikbutiker, det nya shoppingcentret Town Center och många mindre köpcentra också. Du kan hitta alla dina bekanta kedjebutiker och restauranger samt ett brett utbud av unika, familjeägda restauranger och butiker. Så det finns mycket att göra för alla i din familj!

Cute condo at the beach

Cute, updated condo just steps from the beach. Only two concerns- bad odor possibly from previous tenant cooking spicy food? Not sure what caused it but the smell lingered for the whole time we were there. Also, we could not download apps that we needed to stream on the television. Owner was unable to help us get that situation resolved.

Week in Hilton Head

This was a lovely and relaxing week! The condo was very nice and fitted my family of 5 perfectly. We enjoyed playing on the beach right outside- it was cold so no swimming, but the natural "Pluff Mud" wouldn't be my choice for swimming - I would go to one of the Atlantic beaches in the summer for actual swimming. But it was AMAZING to walk along, explore, and see all of the wildlife, and it was also a little more quiet. There was a bike trail at the entrance to the Condo which we could take anywhere on the island. Pool, hot tub and sauna were nice for a swimming alternative. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice weekend getaway

My wife and I booked this for a quick getaway. The host communicated very clearly and was responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. The unit was older but clean and had everything you would want or need. It was a short walk to the natural beach that was on the property. The natural beach was nice but we ended up driving to one of the nearby public beaches for most of our beach time. Be prepared to have quarters for the parking since the meters do not take credit cards. There was a large population of feral cats on the property since the resort was next to a Cat Sanctuary (All About Cats HHI). This was amusing to us but may not be everyone's cup of tea. We also enjoyed the coy pond behind the unit. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking to visit Hilton Head.

Beautiful property inside and out

We enjoyed our stay here. It was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had amazing landscape. The host was very responsive, and we had a small issue with a TV that was promptly taken care of by the property manager. My only slight complaint is that the beachfront is very difficult to navigate. There is a very small amount of beach to be on during the day and no waves per se. Obviously out of the hosts control, but it was surprising to us. This would not stop us from booking again this property though. Very enjoyable!

Very nice and comfortable. Short distance to the beach and pools. Everything we needed was there and we just needed by our food and cook. Beds were very comfortable. Nice place to enjoy a vacation.

Relaxing vacation

Nice size for our family of 5. The photos were accurate with how up to date and cozy this condo is. We enjoyed the beach very much and saw a ton of sea life during the low tide. We enjoyed ourselves so much we wanted to stay an extra day and Barbera was very easy to get ahold of and easily was able to make it happen for us. She was a wonderful host.

Best getaway for a girls trip

This place was perfect for my girls trip. The house had enough beds for everyone and super convenient to local places. It was very clean and more up to date than other places we stayed in the same complex. The property manager was extremely helpful with all of my questions and communicated back quickly. We will 100% book this place if possible from now on.

Cute and well supplied

While the complex is older, this condo was very well decorated and contained just about anything you might possibly need from cooking utensils to sand toys to spices, teas, coffee and beach chairs and towels. Information on the condo was prompt, detailed and even included details such as nearby restaurants, golf courses and bike rentals. Could not have been more helpful.

Everything right and in the right place!

THE UNIT: Not large, but more than ample and nicely laid out. Clean (too many previous units were not) Construction doesn't do a great job of silencing second floor footsteps, but it didn't disturb us badly, Two features we especially liked: (1) first floor location close to the beach area and our car/bikes, so convenient! All electronics (TV, wifi) worked flawlessly, and (2) the kitchen had everything we needed for "condo camping" and even in the cabinets/drawers that we expected them to be in. Pots, pans, silver were fresh and worked perfectly. COMMUNICATION: Barbera made sure that there were no questions or surprises for us. Before our visit, she quickly answered our questions about the rental and even the area. During our stay, there were only positive surprises–and thus no need to reach out. Thank you! AREA: This was our first visit to HHI. We quickly found out that: (1) we were staying in the quieter end of the island (ok, except for being in the path of the nearby airport and dealing with a few landings). Wonderful bird-watching on a natural beach with tide pools and sand bar, (2) the rest of the island is very accessible from this location. For example is was maybe a 15-20 minute drive to Sea Pines Resort, where we enjoyed a half-day of biking on the south end. Also, if you like birding, don't miss out on Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge, again just 15 minutes away. Wonderful memories, thank you, Barbera!

A Coastal Dream!

This condo was beautiful and very well equipped. We had everything we needed in our home away from home. The location was excellent and we enjoyed walking on the beach and out on the pier. The king size bed was super comfortable and the bedding just felt luxurious! Our instructions were clear and complete, and we had zero problems. The owner checked in on us through messages to ensure we had everything we needed. Everything was Outstanding! We will definitely recommend and would love to return again sometime! Peaceful stay

We stayed here with our young kids. It's near a quiet beach and my daughter loved checking out all the shells on the beach. The condo was beautifully decorated and the kitchen hd everything you could possibly want. TV apps (Disney+) didn't seem to work well but we just used tablets if we needed to in a pinch. Very much enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

Lovely Condo in gated community

Lovely coastal decor throughout. Kitchen is extremely well stocked, for whatever tastey dishes you prepare. Quick walk to the beach, but we recommend beach shoes for walk and water. Pools are lovely and entire area beautifully maintained. There was a Blue Heron that visited the fountained pond just outside the screened in porch. Location was close to some great restaurants - Nick's Steak and Seafood; Frankie Bones. Our weekend was exactly what we were looking for - quiet and relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful condo!!

We loved the beauty and peacefulness of the location. Butterfly Condo was well appointed, comfortable and perfect for us. Our week flew past snd was filled with great activities. The beach at the Spa was beautiful in a natural kind of way and not crowded. The tennis courts and pools were not crowded. Fun for all ages.

We live in the Atlanta, GA, area and spend as much time as possible at the beach! John and I are both semi-retired performing artists so we love all the arts available on the island. There is a symphony, local theatre company, children's theatre, arts center and art galleries galore!

We had visited Hilton often during the last 30 years before buying this condo in 2012. Located in a more residential area, The Spa is our perfect getaway, at the very end of Beach City Road, off of Hwy. 278. We wanted to have a quiet retreat from our busy lives and particularly enjoy the wonderful bike trails all over the island. It's only a five hour drive for us and we like to go often just to relax. We thought we would share that with others so that they may 'get away from it all' too.

Our screened porch looks directly onto the lagoon and has a view of the beach that is just a few steps down the path. The counter height table and two chairs on the porch are the perfect place to enjoy the ocean view along with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine! We have beach chairs, beach toys, and beach towels for your use. In the bathrooms you'll find some toiletries, suntan lotion and other things you might have forgotten. And the newly renovated kitchen has a good supply of basic spices, oil, vinegar and even coffee and tea for you! We've tried to think of everything needed to make this a memorable visit!
