HH beach and tennis

I really enjoyed staying in this cute condo. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable as well. We had a bit of a problem with some flying bugs inside the condo. I’m not sure what they were exactly. Maybe no see ums. They may have been coming out of the drains?? The condo is right on a lagoon so it may be hard to avoid these little flies. I didn’t leave the sliding glass door open so I’m not sure how they were getting in. The view from the porch and the sliding glass door was just gorgeous! Overall I really enjoyed this condo.

Perfect experience

With the exception of the master bedroom tv not working (no fault of owner and out of his control) This quaint comfortable unit was perfect. Amenities were fantastic. Location fantastic. Overall enjoyed it. May be an annual trip.

Family with Small Children

We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful weather with our 3 young children. We appreciated the beach chairs and cooler provided. A wagon was also available, but we had one already (there isn’t a ramp, which made us grateful we were on the bottom floor and only had a few stairs to carry all our things up and down). The beach was a bit of a walk (suggest driving closer if you have small children). The resort had a lot of fun activities planned for families. Our biggest complaint is that the floors appeared to not have been mopped in quite some time. With a new walker in our family it was very concerning how dirty the floor truly was. It would be nice to see an improvement in the quantity of silverware available. Be sure to check the dishwasher upon arrival if you can’t find items like scissors. Overall a nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo and especially liked having the beach wagon for the short walk to the beach. We also liked that the condo was on the first floor and easily accessible. The owner was very responsive when I called with a question. The resort had a lot to offer and we plan to stay again.

Relaxing Vacation

The property was nicely furnished, short walking distance to the beach, quiet location. The property was a bit dirty for my OCD self (dusty lamps, dirt and debris between the fridge and the cabinets). Overall, I would recommend staying here.

A cute comfy unit

What a nice resort and a quick walk to the beach! The unit was adorable and well maintained ( except the remotes and Keurig) located on a quiet lagoon with a cute balcony to sit on at night. You can tell the owner takes pride in the unit with extra decor touches! All in all a great place to vacation!

Super Family Friendly

Great condo for young kids, easy walk to beach (wagon included), play ground, and pool. Bike rentals available at the property although the bikes are not the greatest, they did the job. Couple of quirks with the condo but overall I’d give it a 4.5, it worked great for our family!

Amazing Location

Very well located with great restaurants around and shopping. The balcony looks over a pond and it's very relaxing. The unit is well appointed and clean. Just a 2 min. walk to the beach. The management is easy to talk to and accommodating. The entire resort is very quiet and clean. Looking forward to our next stay.

Cozy condo

Newly decorated 2 bedroom. Decently stocked kitchen and new dishwasher. Great place for a weekend trip for our family of 6. The only thing missing was laundry in the condo.

Lovely Beach Condo

This is an adorable beach condo. The location is great - access to the beach and plenty of resort amenities (bikes, restaurants, etc). While the listing was accurate, we were slightly disappointed by how bare bones the condo amenities were. It is truly just the basics - no coffee or beach towels - which is hard for travelers coming by air. We also loved the inclusion of the beach goodies (chairs, boogie board, etc.) but some of the items are in very bad shape - essentially unusable. Renting this condo was a good experience- but a few tweaks could easily make it great!

This condo was cute and a fairly easy walk to the beach.

Like I said above, it was cute and the host was easy to get in contact with. It was about a seven minute walk to the ocean and there was a cool pool/karaoke area just before the sand. The only major negative was that the check out list was quite long, especially since you pay the cleaning charge (I mean they wanted you to strip the beds and close all blinds and leave it clean as it was when you got there so we had to sweep and wipe down tubs…I’m still nervous I’m going to get Charged for something I missed) but overall it was a fun little place.

It was ok

This property was listed as nearly 5 stars from other reviewers. It was fine but it's definitely not 5 stars! This is a condo located on a larger property. The whole property is older and is showing its age. It was pretty clean but the furniture and other furnishings were kinda worn. The couch is worn. The rug on the deck is old and ripped. There were several burnt out lightbulbs. The tubs drained slowly. The facilities in general are kinda old and worn. To me, a 5 star rating is a perfect property that is as good as new. That's just not the case. I went with my kids. They loved being on the lagoon because an alligator lives there. And there were turtles and some larger birds there too. The beach is nice and is about a 5 minute walk. That was good. There is a grocery store a short drive away. There were the basic things there- refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, linens on the beds, and bathroom towels. The a/c worked well. The water pressure was good. The water was hot. There was a really nice big curved TV in the main living area. There are 2 restaurants on the larger property that are perfectly fine if you don't want to go out. One is a dine-in option and the other is the same food just a carry out situation. We got the carry out pizza from "Gatorz" and that pizza was amazing! We had it several nights. There was an exercise facility and a laundry facility in a nearby building. That was a nice convenience, but again, the exercise facility and laundry were just kinda meh. Nothing special. Pretty dated.

Wonderful beach week

Beautiful property super close to the beach. Beach is an easy walk even with little kids. Lots of activities at the pool that the kids enjoyed. We hated to leave.
