Spring Break

Our family of 6 had a great time staying in Waverly. It was the perfect size for us. I could use a few updates, but overall we loved it.

Family Escape

Three 60 seeking a house in Destin area to relax away from Spring Breakers. The property was perfect. Gated community provided security that we sought with friendly neighbors. Property was well-kept. Property management was readily accessible. Only input would be the need to update bathroom fixtures and adjust water pressure.

Enjoyed our stay

Place was exactly as describe. Close to the beach. Walked there with wagon of items around 5min walk. Pool is 2min walk. Close to things to do in Destin. Will stay there again.

There were a few hiccups with the stay however it was a decent home in a neighborhood we have stayed in multiple times and enjoyed everytime we stay in it.

Destin 21st b day

Very beautiful property and a very beautiful location, only hiccup is that the property is in a homeowners association with very nosey and pushy people. Other than that it was amazimg.

Waverly house

Over all, a very nice rental home. Easy walk to pool and beach. Well stocked kitchen. Appliances and air worked well. The twin beds need new mattresses. Especially because they are not on box springs but rather buckey boards. Not comfortable. Also, housekeeping needs to wash floor between guests. It clearly hadn’t been in awhile. Our feet were black. Would rent in same area again.

May 2018 Stay

While Destiny gated community is a lovely area and awesome beach location, short walk to the beach and very nice community swimming pool, the Waverly House needs some TLC. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean! The house is nice but extremely out-dated, old and well-used. The carpet is stained and dirty. The refrigerator has rust on front door, appliances are old, gas grill too rusty to use, old fiberglass tub is stained. The vanities are old style-super low. And we had hot water heater issues with water turning cold after one shallow bath. The entire home needs repainted, new floors, kitchen and bath updates. The owners need to spend a little cash bringing this property up to date.

Lovely area

Quiet neighborhood. Safe, convenient to groceries and stores. Short easy walk to the ocean. Nice pool, hot tub and basketball on premises.

Close to beach

We really enjoyed our stay and being walking distance to the beach just put the cherry on top for us. I love having access to the pool and weight room as well. Just wished a golf cart was apart of our stay. Nevertheless we can’t wait to rent this property again

Destin family vacation!

Accommodations were clean and beautiful. TV in upstairs bedroom only option to watch was cable tv. No Netflix or other networks to choose from. We subscribe to Netflix and other networks but did not have that option to sign in to our account to watch from bedroom. Also, only beach access was public. We thought being gated community there would be private beach access, our mistake. Otherwise, everything was as it should be. We will rent sooner next time as we will need more bedrooms, not much was available.

We enjoyed our stay.

Our only problem was there was no condiments, even salt and pepper would have worked. I bought a small package and left it, unopened. And finding the towels! But we were happy.
