Experience the ultimate oceanfront getaway in our newly renovated 3-level cottage which is the featured property in "The Mizpah Collection".
Heated pool (8x14') with swim current generator, dominator basketball court & solo stove fire just added in March 2024! (will update professional photos in the coming weeks)
Enjoy breathtaking views from the comfort of your own private 720 sq ft 2-story deck, complete with a waterproofed ceiling on the first level and a brand new 5-person hot tub in the open second level sun deck featuring unobstructed bird's eye ocean views.
We've also added an EV Charger to charge electric vehicles!
Indulge in the ultimate coastal relaxation experience in our recently unveiled hammock garden, featuring two luxurious hammocks with direct ocean views.
Game room added with Arcade Games, Pool, Air Hockey & Ping Pong +65" TV!
The inside of the house is just as beautiful as the outside, with an open concept main living floor plan, plenty of natural light, well equipped kitchen, and incredible unobstructed Atlantic ocean views from the two upper levels of the house. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage for your belongings and perfect for the whole family.
The cottage is located at a phenomenal location a quiet street in the heart of Atlantic Beach with direct access to the ocean, surrounded by a great mix of owner occupants and rental homes. It is close or within walking distance to dozens of great chef-inspired restaurants, shopping, sporting stores, and numerous outdoor activities. Empty lot to the east and older retired couple to the west create a quiet environment on a dead-end road while being only blocks away from many of the top local attractions. Certain times of the year you basically have an uncrowded private beach!
We have also added some little touches that make this property truly special, such as the large 30 sq ft hot/cold outdoor shower on the back of the house, an open hot/cold outdoor shower on the front of the house, keyless entry, flat screen roku smart tv's throughout, stainless steel appliances, high speed internet, and a Le Blue hot/cold water tank that ensures great-tasting, completely pure, contaminant-free water in BPA-free bottles. A 5-gallon bottle is included with your stay, and additional water and midweek cleaning are available upon request at the time of booking.
Property features a whole home generator for the extremely unlikely case you ever lose power! Two washers and dryers are on the 1st level. 3rd level features two sliding glass doors and a regular door to access the top deck and hot tub.
The 1st level with the game room and two of the bedrooms (king room and double queen room) has a separate private entrance with no interior connection to the above two levels.
