Great views with relaxing layout

The house is situated right on the beach and the views are phenomenal. Going into the backyard is like having your own private beach. There's plenty of seating if you are going to bring guests. The indoor layout is also great, with most seats positioned to look out over the ocean. There were some issues with the fireplaces which went unsolved unfortunately. Overall the stay was great.

Rockaway Beach Stay

This was a great place to stay and relax. Very clean, had everything we needed. The ocean is right out the sliding glass door. Would definately do this again.

Spring break in Rockaway Beach

Had a great time staying at this vacation rental. Has beautiful views and easy access to the beach. The backyard is clean and a great place for small kids to play in the sand.

4.9 Great, but not quite perfect

I stayed for 3 nights with my 83 year old aunt. We loved the cleanliness, super comfy beds, ocean views, and exploring the nearby towns/beaches. Please add a grab bar in the shower and replace VERY lumpy chairs and pillows in living room. Thanks!!

Rockin’Away

The house is perfect for a stay at the beach. The kitchen is very well stocked. We brought a crockpot, which we didn’t need to bring because there’s one there. There’s an air fryer & griddle for fixing pancakes or French toast. The ocean is right out the back door & there’s an amazing view to watch the ocean. 4 of us had a great girls weekend getaway & will return.

Great ocean home!

Third Time is a Charm!

Love this place & Rockaway so much that this is our third visit! Comfy beds, beautiful views, fully stocked kitchen … but the deck is our favorite place to spend our time!

perfect getaway!

Just left the house from a stay we wished would never end. The house suited our family perfectly and we could NOT get enough of the view - I mean you walk in and it is a stunner! We were blessed with fabulous weather but if we had to stay inside- there were plenty of games we could have played at the table which was just right to play games or have a nice meal. Loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. Hope to return! Oh, and we loved the little community of Rockaway!

Great place

We love to visit our coast and always look for a property that has big windows facing the ocean, so we can enjoy the view no matter the weather. This house had everything our family of four needed. Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds ( its hard to find a comfortable mattresses in the rentals so this was a very pleasant surprise). Beach access is very close, but a little back yard with sand for kids to play in was an added bonus. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Great views

This house was everything we wanted for staying on the coast. The pics are a bit misleading as it looks like you can walk right out to beach but you actually have to go 1 house down to a path but other than that great and very clean, comfortable beds

Ocean view

The house was cleaner than any rental I have been in. There were plenty of bath towels. The back desk was private and had more than enough chairs. The area was quiet. We spent a relaxing week.

Great home! Very comfortable!

We had a great stay it was very comfortable. The views are amazing! We added some spices to your kitchen’s collection along with glassware. I love to cook and spent a lot of time in the kitchen which worked out perfect.

Views for miles!!

Very clean & comfortable. Perfect for our girls weekend of watching the ocean. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need for preparing & cooking meals. We enjoyed our stay & will definitely be back.

Perfect location to unwind

We stayed here with a multigenerational crew. The house is perfect and exactly as pictured. We had some rainy weather, but there is nothing like a house that looks straight at the ocean, and falling asleep to the sound of waves. We brought beach toys so our kids could play outside in the sandy yard, which is safely set back from the ocean. Our only complaint is that someone’s dog (we think the neighbor’s bc it wandered over familiarly) has been pooping in the yard. I had to remove several piles so my kids could play - yuck! Other than that the place is perfect, from the cozy beds to the perfectly appointed kitchen. Appliances all worked great.

On the ocean front

We love homes right on the ocean front. It even has a sandy area off the deck for sitting and playing. Access to the ocean is a little sketchy because of the stone steps, but there are locations nearby where access is easier especially for older people. The property is nicely updated and had everything we needed. The beds are especially comfy. It has a wonderful surround sound system and a plentiful entertainment center. If I could add anything to the house, it would be a footstool for the older maroon colored chair, because to me it was the most comfy.😁 We would most definitely recommend it.

Great House for a Family!

The views are spectacular, the beds are cosy and the location is fantastic. So lovely to be able to have the kids play in the sand right outside the doors but not have to worry about the water (unless they head down the stairs). The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and very clean. An absolute pleasure to cook in. We had a great stay and would not hesitate to book this house again.
