Lovely place!

Can't Wait to Return!

We loved the comfy couch that had room for everyone in our group, and it was super convent to have access to a washer and dryer. The beach access was easy, and it was nice to have running water close to the beach access to clean up after long walks in the sand.

Amazing views

We love staying at this complex! The views are amazing and the beach access is so convenient. Comfy beds, good water pressure, lovely kitchen, all around perfect place to enjoy the coast. We can't wait to come back!

Good value, very clean, beautiful location

We were very impressed with the level of cleanliness in the unit, and we are pretty particular. Spacious, airy, and beautiful views. Easy parking and beach access. Great stay and will definitely be returning. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic views. Great beach. Ok town.

View can’t be beat! Pictures don’t do it justice. WiFi was a little spotty. The beach was fantastic to walk on and enjoy. With easy access!! The town of Rockaway beach wasn’t very exciting but put you in close enough proximity to other places. All in all a great stay.

Clean Condo, beautiful location.

We had a wonderful stay at this rockaway condo. 2 minute walk to the beach is perfect with little kids. The condo itself is very roomy, kitchen and dining is huge, beautiful views with windows from floor to ceiling. Besides the beachfront location, the no pets policy is why we rented this place, furniture and beds very clean. Thank you for a great experience.

The outside of the condos look a little rough! Windows are very dirty and the sign outside The front door needs to be cleaned off. Bath towels need replaced stained and thin. Other than that amazing stay!! Had everything we needed and more. Easy easy walk to the beach. Thank you we enjoyed our stay. And will be back!

A beautiful condo with stunning views. Well outfitted kitchen! Spacious, quiet, and on the verge of the state park making is extra private. Hot tub was out of order. Elevators didn't work. But this is the ocean! It's a tough environment for such stuff. Loved our stay at Rockaway.

cute weekend girls trip!

My friend and I went to this place for a quick weekend getaway before heading back to classes. We like that the price didn't break our budget, but the location is a bit out of the way from the main towns. We actually loved being able to come back to our own little area of peace after hiking, going to the Tillamook Factory, etc. I also brought along my dog and he LOVED it; I was able to literally walk him 10ft to the beach when he wanted to go out at 8am, a nice wake up for me. The only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is because a few spots of the carpet seam were coming up and we each stepped on them a few times, not the best feeling.

Great Place Overall

Overall it was a great place for two to four people. Our only complaints were: the bed was rather small and uncomfortable for a couple to sleep in and it could have been a little cleaner inside. The floors and the sofa could have been cleaner. My husband found old pretzel pieces on top of the couch. The door lock looks like it could be replaced. It feels a bit sketchy and unsafe. The bathrooms and everything else were cleaned very well. I would stay here again, just maybe not in that particular unit due to the main bed being too small. Love the view though!

Very nice place with a few issues

The place is very nice and clean. There is a sign that says that if you bump the temperature above 72 you won’t have hot water. There are some portable heaters that you can have around the house, apparently having the heaters with the TV made it that some outlets stop working and you have to reset the breaker in an outlet next to the fridge. We called and they came next day. We have to reset the breakers a couple times. Husband had to work while we were out and he said the place was very cold because he couldn’t raise the temperature you could have one portable heater so you won’t overload the outlets. We rented the apartment due to some food intolerance and when I was was trying to fix my shake the blender was missing the jar. The elevator doesn’t work which isn’t the end of the world but it would be nice to have it working to load the car. The TV by the main room doesn’t work, and the rooms don’t have heaters so be prepared to have several blankets as it can get very cold in the middle of the night.

We loved how close we were to the beach and each night we took the short walk with the beach chairs provided to sit and watch the sunset. The condo itself had a fun beach theme and the main area felt spacious. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had pretty much everything you needed. There were a few negatives things about the condo unfortunately. The hot tub was not very hot and other guests left the covers off so all warmth was gone. The hot tub was the main reason we chose this complex so that was a disappointment. The cleanliness of the condo needs some improvement. Upon first glance it looked good but upon further inspection we found some issue. Hair on the wall of the shower and long hairs in the bed sheets that clearly weren’t ours so I ended up washing the sheets just to make sure they were clean. When we moved the ottoman the floors were clearly unswept. The bathroom mirror in the main bedroom were smeared with the chemicals they tried to clean them with. I don’t feel like I am super picky but it was enough that I felt like I should comment. I feel like someone was clearly cutting some corners while cleaning.

Solid accommodation

Spacious condo, beautiful view of ocean and beach from living room large window. Nice furnishings. Be ready for stairs up to entry as elevator is down for the count it appears
