Just a scenic boardwalk stroll from the beach, this updated 2BR/2BA condo features a private balcony with golf course views and three smart TVs. Unwind after beach days in the welcoming living area. The gated Hilton Head Resort community provides a remarkable array of amenities including three pools, a sauna, a fitness center, an indoor jogging track, and tennis courts. The Robert Trent Jones Golf Course and Shelter Cove Shopping Center are under a mile away. Follow the private boardwalk along the marsh to beautiful Singleton Beach -- or enjoy a complimentary lift on the seasonal shuttle.

The sunny living area offers a queen-size sleeper sofa and a smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen is appointed with a full suite of appliances as well as ample cookware and helpful gadgets. When meals are ready, dine together at the six-person table. This condo sleeps eight guests between two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

The primary suite is fitted with a king-size bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-twin bunk beds as well as a double bed and a smart TV. The bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.
Sip morning coffee on the private balcony, which has a bistro table for two and golf course views. Additional amenities include beach chairs, toys, an umbrella, and a cooler.

the resort was average but fit the need for a family of eight no wheel acceptability. No one at resort to answer any question about getting one or renting have to bring your own or even to ask questions had to call Vacasa for help I ordered towel for room did not receive them poor communication at resort.

Family Vacation

Great resort location. Friendly staff. Very disappointed with how dirty both bathrooms were. Before using I had to purchase cleaning supplies. The floors needed to be swept. I was able to find a vacuum cleaner. Also the sink in the main bathroom would overflow even after trying to unclog. Overall my family and I enjoyed the place and our time together.

Never made it to booking!!!!! Would not book again!!!

The Governor of South Carolina issued a state of Emergency as well as the Mayor of Hilton Head island. I contacted Vacasa twice to see if they would accommodate a date change for our booking and they would not. Received to emails from someone affiliated with Vacasa basically stating it would be fine to continue our stay at the property. A 2nd email saying to delay arrival time by one day to Friday after the Hurricane was expected to make impact as a category 1 hurricane and not a tropical storm. Vacasa made no accommodations and did not reach out to make any accommodations. I will not be using VACASA for any future reservations. They do not care about the safety of their guest only about their revenue.

Perfect Beach Stay!

The unit was very clean, and had everything we needed for our trip. The fully stocked kitchen and the beach supplies (and the Smart TVs for bad weather days!) made the stay completely comfortable! The indoor pool, gym and walking track were also nice to have in the building. The beach is a 10 minute walk on a nature boardwalk - the beach is absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this unit!
