I am a wife, mother, business owner and VRBO Premier Host originally from Texas and now living in Franklin, Tennessee. My husband and I purchased this condo at the end of March 2022 for personal use and to serve as our second vacation rental property in Panama City Beach. We are relatively new to this process and are still navigating the ins and outs and will continue to enhance and improve the process as we go.
We have tried to fully stock this condo and to provide everything you would need to be comfortable while on vacation.

We selected this property because of the gorgeous waterfront location that is truly "on" the beach. We love that this is on the quieter side of Panama City Beach, yet still close to everything.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
We love the fact that this complex offers multiple pools, tennis courts, beach volleyball, swing set, gym and snack bar all within the gates. You truly don't have to leave the property.
