Biking and hiking getaway close to trails and on lake

New eco-friendly Studio Apartment above the garage on a no wake lake. Situated by the back 40 for great hiking and biking. Also close to paved biking trails. After a great ride/hike, enjoy some time on the lake in a Kayak or Paddleboard. Private dock for fishing. End the day in an infrared sauna (extra cost) to relax and repair tired muscles. Apt. Size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, hot plate, air fryer/oven, instapot and outdoor grill. Private small deck nestled in the trees. Fresh water is added to filtered water pitcher on day of arrival. Pets are welcome and must be able to get along with other dogs. The small deck for the apartment is gated. I do have a dog/person friendly dog who is out watching the property via an invisible fence.

You will be happy you chose this place!

This place is so peaceful and tranquil to stay. Short walk to the amazing lake where you can drink your morning coffee. The best studio above a garage that was thoughtfully organized and had everything you can/will need. Biking trails galore, creeks, rivers and lakes are the best and are close by. We will be back as the host Sandy is on spot and was so helpful during our stay. Absolute best place to stay and unwind in Bella Vista!

Great relaxing location!

Sandy and Ted were great and welcoming guests! The property was perfect for my lil staycation and I was thrilled I was able to bring my dog with me. I would recommend this property!

Perfect Getaway

The peaceful setting was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved spending time by the lake, taking in the serene views. The available kayaks and paddleboards were an awesome bonus

One of the best

This was one of the best rentals we have came across. The space was clean and inviting, the bed was comfy and had some of the softest sheets I have ever experienced. The property is beautiful.

Great place to stay, and great hosts!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The property is clean and nice - and the hosts were awesome. They had great recommendations for us for riding trails and fireworks (4th of July) So much fun to swim in the lake off of the dock in calm, clear water. We recommend this place - 5 stars all around.

Nice little getaway

We stayed for our anniversary. The studio apartment had everything we needed plus more. The lake was nice and clam with plenty of options to enjoy. From patio seating with a mister in the umbrella to kayaks and floaties. It was a pretty steep incline walking back up to the apartment but worth it!!! Sandy checked on us to see if there was anything w may have needed during our stay. Super sweet. We utilized the propane grill for dinner. It was very clean and ready to use. We really enjoyed our staycation at this property.

This property is stunning! The room was comfortable and the host went above and beyond with those small little touches that made our stay even more comfortable and unique. The bed was extremely comfortable and the skylights made you feel like you could touch the stars. The private balcony that you can have coffee on in the morning amongst the trees was so peaceful, and the fridge with the already stocked small coffee creamers was such a treat. We loved being able to see the map with pinpoints of where all of her guests came from. Sandy was friendly and hospitable and made us truly feel welcome on her property. We spent the day talking on the dock and paddle boarding around the lake. This is the type of vacation that my husband, and I both said we would enjoy whether it was the fall, the summer, the spring, or the winter; a spot for all seasons. If you like being outdoors and the peace and quiet, this is the place.

Great little getaway!

This is an adorable little place. Sandy was a very gracious host and even left me a happy birthday balloon & note. I brought my dog along and she loved sitting out on the porch watching the birds & squirrels. It was very clean & I will definitely return for some peace & quiet!

Beautiful area and a cozy place to stay

My wife and I had a wondeful stay at Pedaler's Cove. The cabin is perfect! The skylights were very cool and gave the place some great natural light. Everything we could have needed was provided and clean. The owners were very welcoming and quick to respond and help us with anything. The area was beautiful and peaceful. Made relaxing after a long day of MTB so great. We would absolutely stay here again.

Cute little place!

We were in town to look at buying property. We wanted to stay in the area and get the feel from a homeowners perspective. Peddler’s Cove was perfect for us. We loved the skylights and views of the woods! Forest bathing! We sat outside on the deck and listened to the birds. Perfect place to stay!

Three weeks of rest, relaxation and fun!

A beautiful place to stay, right on the lake with access to paddle boards, kayaking or just floating around the lake. Sandy and Ted are wonderful hosts. I was there looking for a home to buy as I am moving to the area. Sandy was very helpful and considerate of my needs. My dog also loved it too. A very peaceful place.

Great little place with a lake

Arrived and was met by their dog Pippen and soon after met Ted. Place was clean and situated in a quiet neighborhood. We had access to the lake as well as kayak, stand up paddle boards and fishing rods. Nice to go mountain biking and then go jump in the lake. Sandy kept in contact via text the whole time. We met her on the way out. Both Ted and Sandy are very nice and made the rental an enjoyable experience. Great spot if looking for quiet and being around water

Amazing Weekend Getaway!!

This property was the perfect spot for celebrating our anniversary! So close to the biking trails, we did a loop around the Razorback Greenway, a beautiful ride through Crystal Bridges. We ate some fabulous food in Bentonville which is just a short jaunt into town and visited the Farmer's Market in the square. Most of all we really enjoyed relaxing in this comfortable loft on Pedaler's Cove. Sandy is a great communicator and available for any questions or suggestions. We kayaked off their dock, and the use of the deck and beautiful landscape of this property was a bonus for our trip! We will definitely return in the future! Bonus: We got to bring along our sweet little sheltie on the trip! Thanks for being pet friendly too!

A cozy get away with everything you need. About 20 minutes drive from downtown Bentonville, but your reward is absolute quiet..no cars, kids or light noise. Just the sound of nature. Swim in the lake, watch a movie, or pure sleep. Wonderful.

Relaxing Getaway

Nice, clean, modern studio. Enjoyed the dock and water toys. Has a nice little attached deck we enjoyed while having dinner and glass of wine in the evenings. Kitchenette fully stocked. Comfortable bed and plenty to stream on the tv. Would definitely return.

In God’s Country on the Back 40 trail system and close to paved trails. I wanted to create a clean air environment for travelers who are sensitive to toxins and mold. I too, have the dreaded gene and am sensitive to most micro toxins in the environment. I’m always concerned about the air environment where I stay and I wanted to take that concern out of others for my place.
