This beautiful fully rehabbed condo in Seaglass Resort was designed and furnished professionally in 2022. The condo boasts a modern beach vibe making you feel right at home, with 1 bedroom and 1 bath, and best of all located on a waterway with a beautiful water view! Only a 5-minute walk to Tampa Bay. Located in the quaint town of Apollo Beach, FL It's perfect for your next vacation getaway. Circles Restaurant is walking distance with gorgeous sunsets and great food! Manatee Viewing Center is right around the corner with tons of marine wildlife.
Centrally located to Tampa, St Pete, and Sarasota. Bahia beach located in little harbor is only a 15 min drive away with great dining and sunset views. Apollo Beach access is also just down the street.

• Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
• Minimum rental age of 25
• Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.
• For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
• Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
•We are happy to accommodate pets for a fee. Fee is based on per pet per stay, for stays of up to 7 nights, a one-time fee of $150 is applied and paid separately after booking confirmation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional fee per pet will apply for each succeeding night. Cats require a refundable $1000 deposit. Please contact us before booking to inquire about the applicable pet fee, as it varies based on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply.

Lovely Roomy Apartment

Im local but needed a place to stay in between homes. I stayed 38 days . Recently remolded quite and comfortable. The host thought of every need .The location is within a mile of stores,grocery etc and walking distance of two nice restaurants. Convenient to I/75 and a light traffic area. The apartment was over sized by today's standards that includes a large laundry room. I would definitely stay here again if in need again. Loved it !

When we looked at the website it showed a room facing the water with a deck, but that is not what they provided. Unit 2 had no view and no deck, the unit was dirty as coffee grounds and stains in sink, a gecko on the counter and a roach on the wall behind stove, floor under stove filthy, on the side and in back of the washer and dryer had a lot of lint and someones underwear, the lint trap was totally packed with lint, the mattress cover sheet had poop stains on, the bottom of the pans were not clean,when communicated with messages they only replied they were sorry for the inconveince, wanted pictures, and would tell their cleaning team. No one ever showed up or communicatred in person. Beware of what you will actuallky get and they have offered no compensation for all the situations. Personally I would never deal with this group on any of their properties.

Fantastic place, great location!

This location was absolutely perfect - walking distance to attractions without feeling overly touristy. Very clean, comfortable, well-renovated, and spacious. Property manager was very responsive and answered all questions quickly! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, clean, convenient place to stay in Apollo Beach!

Clean, Current, Convenient

This property was immaculate, including cupboard and drawer interiors. So new that the towels seemed to be never used! The space is much like a hotel suite with the bonus of a washer and dryer. Even the appliances bore no stains or blemishes. Location was an easy, minimal-traffic, 6-8 minute drive from Waterset neighborhood where our family members reside. A walk to Circles waterfront restaurant and very close to public beach. Four stars only for “neighborhood” since the unit has only a view of a fence and table, and the canal frontage offered no chairs. Note that the coffee maker is a Keurig, so bring pods. Management supplied pouches for a drip maker.

All around happy experience

The condo was nicely decorated and in a convenient location. It was clean, quiet, and perfect for our visit with family and friends. The welcome bag was also appreciated.

Don’t Use Vacation Rentals of Florida

I tried to contact VROF on Friday, Sat, Sunday and they finally got back to me on Monday. I guess because it was a holiday weekend, but still no excuse when you have a company that is dealing with people. Better to rent directly from property owners instead of third party.

Cute. Clean. Comfortable.

Great property. Comfortable. Quiet. All newly renovated. Could use a few more items of necessity (mixing bowl set, wine opener, mixer, etc.). Just know before you come to bring from home. Great stay.

Beautiful condo

The propeety looked exactly like its pictures. We had an amazing time in Apollo Beach.We wanted to take a break from winter weather. Our main reason for being in Florida was the Bruce Springsteen concert. Another goal was to finally see some manatees....both goals accomplished in this visit. The condo itself was extremely clean. The bed was so comfortable that my husband commented that he had never slept so well at a vrbo property. The kitchen was well stocked. Another skillet would have been nice and salt and pepper but not a deal breaker. I cook breakfast at the condo. I am not sure how other renters utilize their rentals but it helps with saving time and costs eating at a restaurant. The most important part of the stay was that they checked in to make sure everythink was ok. I love that courtesy. My husband and I agree that we would love to stay at this condo in the future. We had such a great time.

We are local so new the area very well. The unit is cute, comfortable and very clean. We found the "smart" thermostat was not user friendly. If you are bringing your pet, I suggest you check the pet fee as it was not published.

Great stay

This is not for more than a couple. The sofa sleeper is not comfortable at all. Other than that, it was very nice stay and location. I would rent it again but it is not for more than two people.
