This house was great. We loved the game room and sitting on the deck in the evening. The bedrooms were great, property was as advertised. The dock is also very nice. Just be aware you can't jump or dive off the dock since it is very shallow across the entire cove.

I want to thank yall sooo much for an awesome vacation experience for on behalf of my whole family! Every aspect of this home excels in every way. The stocked kitchen. Of course super clean and well stocked bathrooms and bedrooms. The extreme cleanliness (even no cobwebs on the dock and fire pit) of the ENTIRE home. The homey touches of art. Super comfortable, quiet, picturesque, there are no words for how sweet this place was!! We love it and y’all represent pinnacle of VRBOs! We have had none better!! Thank you!!

We rented this house for a family get together. Plenty of space for all of us. Beautiful home. Very peaceful lake. Easy commute to airport and Bentonville. This property is everything the listing says it is plus more. Host is very responsive to all questions.

The lake house was a perfect retreat while visiting family in Bella Vista. The house was very clean and had lots of puzzles and board games. The dock was wonderful and we just sat out down there or on the back deck most of the time. Could not have asked for a better rental!

Lake Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house. The house is beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and all of the amenities were wonderful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and on the dock and swimming and boating in the lake. Thank you!

Beautiful setting

Tonya was a great communicator! She addressed every possible need. The hime was beautiful, very clean. The cove was quiet and splendid, so relaxing. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Fall getaway

Wonderfull home on the lake. It was too cold to swim but we were able to use the paddle boat. The fall colors were beautiful. There was plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy the view. The house was furnished nicely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cozy and clean

Despite rainy March weather, our family felt well cared for in this lovely and spotless home. The lights on the boathouse and across the lake gave a magical glow. We had fun exploring Eureka Springs and other local sights. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Thanksgiving trip 2024

We drove in from the DFW area and our son, DIL and 14 year old son came from Overland Park, KS. We enjoyed the ping pong table, playing games, the view, and spending time with family that we don’t see often. Your home was very clean and well cared for. A great place to make memories!

Beautiful and spacious

The house is beautiful and well kept. We spent more time inside than we planned due to the rainy weekend. There was plenty of room for relaxing, and especially enjoyed the sunroom. The host was very helpful and informative. We hope to return soon!

Great Getaway

In our group, we had 6 adults who had plenty of room and stayed comfortably at the house. The house was clean and comfortable, and I found it even prettier than the pictures. The lake was a blast, and we got the most from the paddle boat. There was plenty to do in the area and lots of good restaurants. A couple nights we dined in downtown Bentonville and were really impressed by the food. I would highly recommend this place and I hope to visit it again.
