This is such a cute place! Super spacious, very clean, and it was the perfect place for a girls' weekend getaway. We had a question that arose upon arrival, which Peter answered very quickly. The location is close to Corning, Montour Falls, and Watkins Glen, so we were very easily able to see the area. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

House was great for our family stay in Watkins Glen and very convenient to Watkins Glen International for IMSA race. The home is just as described, comfortable, clean and well stocked. Communication with our host was excellent. Loved the rockers on the back deck!

The house was close to all the places we wanted to see. The game room was fun for a rainy afternoon. There was a musty smell in the basement level and only one side of the grill worked.

Hi Samantha, thank you for staying with us. I am sorry about the AC, I am sending someone right over to check on everything and make sure it's all working correctly. If things aren't cooling well enough, I will upgrade/service the AC to make sure it is cooling the house effectively. I myself do not like being too hot, so I do understand. We haven't had this issue in the past, but maybe the AC is aging and needs some service, so we certainly appreciate you bringing it to our attention and we will be taking action to fix the issue. Thanks again. Peter

The house was nice and clean. Very close to Watkins Glen International. The communication with the owner was great. We had an issue with the upstairs toilet not flushing properly and the owner had someone there within 30 minutes to fix it.

Place was clean, well-stocked. Only drawback was no central air. Window air conditioner not sufficient due to swing in temperatures and the unit was noisy.
