Detta underbara andra radhus har underbar havs- och sund utsikt. Sitt bara på däck och koppla av med ljudet av vågor eller simma i den privata poolen. Detta hus har 8 lyxiga sovrum och 4 1/2 bad. Bottenvåningen har två sovrum och ett TV-vardagsrum med tre bäddsoffor. Det finns också ett litet kök på den nivån. På andra våningen finns 4 sovrum och ett häck med biljardbord. Övre våningen har master sviten med ett privat badrum plus ett sovrum till. Även huvudköket, vardagsrummet och matsalen är på toppnivå. Det finns också en ny hiss från bottenvåningen hela vägen upp till toppen. Vilket underbart ställe att göra familjeminnen. Birthday surprise and Mother’s Day celebration at the beach 2025

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it was just as wonderful as the first. We stayed in April of 2022 to celebrate my retirement from the USMC and this time, May 2025, we surprised my husband for his birthday plus celebrated Mother’s Day. We had a range of 2-65 years old that stayed. There is plenty of space to be all together and also to have your own space when you want to. Location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants and crystal coast attractions.The house has a unique charm that is warm and inviting and is clean and had all the cooking implements we required for a beach week. The owner is friendly and always responded promptly with any questions we had. There were terrible thunderstorms and rainstorms our last two nights and the age of the home showed in a small leak on the second floor, HOWEVER….. that never made a negative impact nor affected our fabulous stay. The owner responded immediately. Our family LOVES this place and we look forward to more adventures and memories together in this same location in the future!!! Blessings to Joyce and her PDL Team!

Rain can not stop a good beach day

The weather was mostly rainy, but there was so much in the house to keep us occupied. We are a group of 12 that have been vacationing together for 11 years. The house provided everything needed.

Wonderful home with private pool and ocean and sound views!!

Our family and friends enjoyed the most wonderful week at this beach house. With the elevator it is absolutely perfect for all ages!! The pool was the perfect place to swim and hang out. The house was spacious enough to gather all together for games and also big enough to spread out on your own as well.

Family Vacation

This house was everything we hoped it would be. Joyce and her maintenance team were outstanding when it came to needing assistance (elevator broke and they had someone out immediately to fix it). Location to the beach was great with easy access. The house comfortably accommodated our entire family.

Beautiful house!

The perfect house for a large family. Extremely clean! There are two public beach access in walking distance. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Closely located to stores and fantastic restaurants.

Perfect house for a large group

We had a group of friends attending a wedding and this house worked out great. There is one bedroom that is a converted closet and really small but other than that it was great.

A good time

Good proximity to the beach. Scattered Bibles that will please the religious without alienating apostates such as myself. Bold choices of decoration. Just a beautiful pool table with mother-of-pearl insets and excellent felt. The neon sign In the rec room seemed like a silly/trendy play for the Instagram crowd. All told, a solid spot!

Just Wow!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beach home! It was incredibly spacious and the porches were amazing! To be able to see the beach & sound view from the home was a nice touch and we had a great stay.

Perfect stay for large group

What a great rental at a great price. Lots of space for various groups to congregate. Comfy beds, ample table seating and plenty of parking. Lovely views of the ocean in one direction and sound in the other. Totally loved it!

Great family stay

Family vacation. Great access to the beach. Plenty of bedrooms for everyone. One big thing is that the pool deck does need to be redone. Lots of splinters over the week!

Celebration of Life
