We welcome you, your family and friends to enjoy our family friendly coast home with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and an open living/dining area along with a fully equipped kitchen with stunning waterfront views and free Wifi. The homes open floor plan is quite comfortable for multi families with kids, or just a group of friends that want a relaxing vacation. The house can comfortably sleep 13 people. Enjoy the beautiful canal waterfront views while relaxing on COVERED DECKS. SWIMMING/BOAT/FISHING. Wyze camera on the back porch and another is being installed on the garage in the front. Additional guest fee per person per day will be charged if more than what is listed at time of booking and can't go over the max occupancy this does include children.

We had a great time at this house. There were 8 of us that came down for a fishing tournament and it accommodated us just fine as well as 2 bouts tied up in the channel out back. It has all the amenities and creature comforts that you could ever need.

The information provided was inaccurate; we had only 9 beds and a fold-out couch. With 16 people staying, 2 had to go home, and 2 had to sleep on the recliners in the man cave. If we had been made aware of this, we would not have selected this property

Many items at the home requirer repair:1. Rocking chair on back patio back was broken.2. Gas grill not functional. 3. Smoker not maintained.4. Dishwasher not secured to cabinet. When door is opened the dishwasher falls out of the cabinet. 5. Missing smoke/carbon-monoxide detector in kitchen. 6. Man cave was a dusty mess. 7. Dead roach on living room floor upon arrival. 8. Master toilet not secured to the floor. 9. Outdoor kitchen was useless, had to buy grill to cook steaks.

Beautiful house

House was beautiful. We had several issues, tv in main room not working, lights in one bedroom not working, trash can full when we arrived and was never emptied while we were there (5 days), ants in one bedroom because of food being left in room. Emailed owners about issues on Wednesday and they never responded. The cleaning service is not very good. Multiple areas with food left in carpets and on tables.

Bayview house stay

Will definitely be booking this house every time I travel to the area. House was fantastic for our group of 7 adults and 7 kids. Plenty of room for 14 of us total. Host was fantastic to deal with and made everything easy for us and responded with a fast turnaround at all hours of the day prior to our stay definitely worth it. Location of the house is perfect as far as going to Rockport ingelside and port .

I won't rent again.

This home was very nice but had some repairs that needed to be done. The shower in the largest room was broken so it couldn't be used. The towel rack was missing in another room. The description said outdoor kitchen, BBQ grill, outdoor furniture and boat lift. The BBQ grill had no propane and was rusty. We were able to use the smoker but the rack was broken and the whole thing was rusty. There was a hurricane the week before and the bottom deck was covered in stuff that had washed in and the boat slip was so nasty the kids couldn't swim in it. I won't be renting this property again.

The house was great had everything we needed when we got there, could have been a little cleaner but over all was great, one of the guest showers in the front bathroom does not work so we had to share the other guest bathroom, but overall highly recommend beautiful home and area

Room to sleep comfortably. Room to lounge around. Location was great not far from anything. Contacting the property manager and being able to communicate was a breeze. Over all would stay there again.

Amazing memories were made

The Durand family definitely knows how to make a home more relaxing via decor alone. We very much enjoyed our stay. It was super clean and so beautiful. Our kiddos absolutely loved the dock area. We had 4 teen boys included in our family who LOVED the "man cave". Communication with port a get away agent was very quick. I only gave 4 stars because when I had a question the person didn't seem too eager to help. The binder was missing in the home when we got there so I was a bit disappointed. Suggestion: create a new one with info about the closest beaches around and how far away they are and prices. We ended up just going to a corpus beach .As well as any places to go to as family outings. Maybe have a boat on the dock too. Otherwise we had an amazing time! Thank you so much! We hope we left it to your instructions. We did our absolute best to leave it as requested in the check out outline.

Somethings did not function

One of the bathrooms showers did not work at all. There was a pile of trash in a bucket left on the back. Both grills were disgusting and one didn’t even function while the other was rusty and rust particles would land on the food we were grilling.

Beautiful property

Place is beautiful and spacious, more beds than are listed. But poor communication. I left messages via VRBO app and via phone that were never answered. We were never really able to figure out how to work the TV properly. There was leftover trash from the previous guests on the deck and even a plate of cookies under the coffee table that we found when we moved it to use the sleeper sofa.

Beach Trip 2022

This property was perfect for the amount of people we had which was 8 but plenty of room for more! We did some fishing off the back patio and enjoyed sitting on the back porch. Thanks again for letting us stay, the house was fabulous!

Wonderful Home

We had a big party of 15. This home was wonderful. It was so roomy and spacious. Prior to my stay I called to ask questions. The team was very attentive, informative, and quick to respond. The house was just as advertised. The one and only drawback was that there was no beach access near by. It was a short drive to the beach, but the ferry wait could make it feel longer. Just a minor detail and really not a big deal, but you might want to take the time into consideration if you have to be some where on time, i.e. a chartered fishing trip.

Bad house flip

The place is beautifully decorated.. and that's where the good ends. I booked this home as a friend shared it on her facebook. What a huge disappointment! Communication with the management company is poor. Very slow to respond and when they respond there is no follow up or resolution. Here is a list of the issues: The dishwasher is not anchored and would come out every time we would load it No/ low propane for grill- told to go buy our own Electrical issues in the man cave. Electricity went out randomly. Hours later after we realized no one from maintenance is coming we started checking outlets. Plugged in a charger and the lights came back on. No water to the shower/ bath combo in one of the guest rooms- contacted mgmt on first full day- no response. Living room remotes with dead batteries/ not working Overhead light not working in one bedroom Door knobs loose/ almost falling off Shower fixtures loose in shower spinning when you turn the shower on Dead cockroaches in bedroom/ bathroom upon arrival When I called multiple times there was no answer. Even left a message. No one ever called me Took 2 hours to respond to text with no resolve No one ever came out to check on electrical No follow up on text about electrical or lack of running water in shower Dog hair on chair and outside rugs. Was told someone would meet us at check in to go over use of house. No one ever came. No notebook on house instructions. Overall a very poor job on the remodel of this home. So much potential, but definitely not worth the money we spent.

Great Location

This house was perfect for our group of 12. Loved sitting outside on the patio, drinking our coffee and watching the fish jump. Very quiet neighborhood. The only recommendation I can give is some additional pots and pans. Other than that we would definitely stay here again.
