Coin-operated laundry room for all guests to use.
Free high speed internet with smart TV provided. There is no cable television at the apartment but you are welcome to login to your Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu accounts. Local news channels can be accessed through the âNewsOnâ app.
***There is a strict no pet policy administered by the condo association. Unfortunately, no exceptions are allowed.
***No Parties. We have fantastic neighbors and ask that you respect quite hours.
***No Tobacco, vaping, or any type of smoking on the premises (inside or outside). This is strictly enforced and administered by the condo association.
***We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!
