This recently updated cottage on Prime Hook Beach is ready for your vacation! With two bedrooms and a full bathroom, the home comfortably accommodates four people. One floor living with an open floor plan and a walkway out to the beach. Spend the day frolicking in the bay or sunbathing and then relax in the comfortable living space at night for games or reading a book.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

Prime Hook

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental unit was dated and dirty. We ended up leaving a night early due to the conditions of the unit. However, it’s in a great location and has a lot of potential but needs some work put into it.

Beach visit with grandbaby

Very open and spacious house. Perfect for our needs with a toddling 1 year old. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was nice. We took a long walk with the baby. We played in the sand. Loved the sun room. A very nice time.

Loved the accommodations and location
