3 sovrum stuga på Primehook Beach (Delaware Bay) - Husdjur välkomna!

Detta är en stuga i den privata stranden gemenskap i Primehook National Wildlife Refuge som har över 8.000 tunnland av orörd skönhet. Samhället är 5 miles off Route 1 och är avslappnad!

Du kan bada och fiska precis framför huset; du kan vara på stranden när som helst (sova på det om du vill) och kan ha en brasa på kvällen om det inte är alltför blåsiga! Som tidigare nämnts, har vi en ny uteplats där man kan grilla, äta och titta på stranden samt njuta av den sena eftermiddagsbrisen.

Stugan har tre sovrum, men kan rymma ytterligare slipers via soffa, dagbädd, och luftmadrass.

10 minuter till Lewes; 20 minuter till Rehoboth och Dewey stränder om du vill shoppa (butiker och små, unika butiker), filmer, restauranger, jet ski, cykeluthyrning, etc.

A beautiful updated beach cottage! The beach was our backyard! Just steps away every day. Being north of Lewes, there was no traffic. Prime Hook is so beautiful. Having a washer dryer was so helpful and I used the clothes line often.I would highly recommend this place for those of who love the beach!

Favorite home away from home

We’ve stayed at the cottage multiple times and love it every year! It’s a perfect spot for our family of four, including two kiddos. Sandy is a fantastic host and the property has everything you need for a relaxing week away.

This is a beautiful property located steps from the beach. The property is very clean with newer appliances in the kitchen. Great communication with the owner. The beach is better suited for walking or fishing and not so much for swimming however I did see a few venture out into the water. Rohoboth or other area beaches are more for going into the water. Plenty of things to do in the area. Had a lot of caution about mosquitos but never saw one. Only negative is the air conditioning. During our stay Delaware experienced it's hottest days in 50 years with 2 days hitting 100 degrees. The AC unit is in the living room and bedrooms got a bit warm and stuffy. But that was an anomaly and not the norm. When the outside temp was not so hot it was fine. I would highly recommend this property and certainly would stay there again.

Thank you, Robert, for your review and your gracious words. We are travelling out north west and the temperatures have hovered just below 100. It’s been crazy this year. We have been renting out for over 10 years and have never had a complaint about the heat! I am so sorry it got a little stuffy. Also, each of the badroom have fans and I hoped they In regard to swimming, most people love to swim at Prime Hook because it is a bay and calmer than the ocean, especially those with children. Beautiful Beach Cottage

We had such a great stay. The cottage’s back yard is the beach, it’s so close and peaceful. The house itself is super cute and bigger than we expected. The remodeled kitchen is gorgeous with a lot of counter space and cabinets for storage. We hope to come again next summer 😊

Lovely cottage. Great location

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was relaxing and very comfortable. It was hard to leave. Plenty of space for all 6 of us. Access to the bay was easy. Cottage was clean and well kept.

Enjoyed this lovely cottage.

The house is several decades old, but has been cared for and beautifully renovated. Kitchen is outstanding . . beautiful finishes, high-end appliances, and open to living/dining areas. Bath also nicely renovated. Great colors, nice art, original pine floors.

Paradise!!!

Our stay was absolutely perfect in every way. The beach house is so pretty and clean. If you love to cook, the kitchen has EVERYTHING you’ll need. The beach is your backyard and we made fires on the beach every night. Everyone we talked to was super friendly! We already booked for next year and can’t wait to go back.

awesome, quiet location

Just got back from an amazing week at Sandy's cottage - it was great! The home was just as advertised and very clean. The new kitchen is great and having laundry right in the home was very convenient! The big TV was great when we all needed some downtime, and the location was very quiet. We enjoyed the beach out front, as well as easy excursions to Lewes, Cape Henlopen and Rehobeth. Highly recommend!

My husband grew up in Milton, DE, which is the next town over. We love Prime Hook because it is a small, private beach community, 5 miles off Route 1 (main road).

Primehook beach is quiet and the people are friendly. It is away from hustle and bustle but you can drive to get anything you want in about 10-20 minutes.
