Private house just two miles from Bethany Beach. Large, fenced back yard filled with games (cornhole, horseshoes, Giant Jenga & more), fire pit, grill, deck and outdoor shower. Chill on the large screened in porch with hammock. Use the two kayaks (one single & one double) in the Assawoman canal & White Creek (private neighborhood boat launch). Kid friendly (pak-n-play, baby monitor, booster seat, toys, books) Close to playground, hiking/biking trails, grocery store, restaurants and Ledo Pizza. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, & toys. Sheets are included just bring your own bath and beach towels. Washer and dryer.

Such a good experience

My friends and i really enjoyed our stay, the house is close to everywhere and the beach as well. The house is clean and comfortable with relaxing spots such as a deck, and a sunroom.i recommend this place to everyone looking for a nice and comfortable stay!

Everything you need and more!

Very close to the beach and the host was very responsive! Loved the screened in porch and they have pretty much everything you need for any activity (beach chairs, kayaks, fishing poles, bicycles). Really enjoyed staying there and would definitely stay again. The only downside was that the house is close to the main road so you will hear cars driving by, but it wasn't bothersome.

Perfect house close to the beach and many great restaurants

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our kids! We really enjoyed the screened in porch with the hammock. The house is a only a few minutes to the beach and many great restaurants. We will stay here again.

The Turtle House was great.

The Turtle House was a great house. It was pacious and clean. Air conditioning kept the whole place cool during a heat wave. We had everything we needed. Kathy was very responsive with any questions we had.

Awesome

Very nice, clean, and great place for a family to stay. Love the fenced in back yard, and shed full of outdoor items for family fun entertainment. Convenient location within minutes of the beach. Our second time there, and it was just as nice as the first time!

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sea Turtle! The house had everything we needed and a ton of games and beach equipment in the shed that kept our young kids occupied and excited. The location is good just a short drive to the beach and close to restaurants, mini golf, ice cream etc. The owners were quickly responsive to the couple of questions we had. Would definitely consider staying again in the future.

Girls trip

I stayed here with four friends for a girls getaway. The place was very clean and well stocked with what we needed. We really enjoyed the screened porch and hammock. It was very close to the beaches and had a grocery store within walking distance. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to go to Bethany Beach.

The Sea Turtle

My family and I loved staying at the Sea Turtle. Definitely a great house to stay if you have toddlers. It has toys for the inside, outside, and the beach. Outside shower is a plus after beach trips. Only 8 minutes from Bethany Beach and boardwalk. Definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We enjoyed our stay at the Sea Turtle. The house was well equipped with everything you would need on a beach vacation. The house was roomy and we really enjoyed the screened in porch. We liked being only a short drive from grocery stores and restaurants. Another plus was the nearby Prickly Pear Trail and canal trail. Kathy and Tom were outstanding hosts!

Outstanding

Our entire three night stay was fantastic! The house was very spacious, extremely clean, and packed with all of the essentials and conveniences that you’re used to in your own home. We absolutely loved the screened in porch, the outdoor shower, the board games, and the shed filled with all the necessary beach gear. The location was great! We were near the grocery store, gas station, many restaurants, and less than a ten minute drive to the beach! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

Perfect Family Friendly House!

This rental was the perfect setup for our family! Kathy could not have been more welcoming and attentive - a premiere host for sure! Everything was as described and having games and all the amenities needed for the beach and backyard fun made for a wonderful stay! This would be our first choice if we vacation in OceanView/Bethany Beach area in the future! Thank you!

Super accommodating

My parents, my husband, my two boys (13 & 16) and I stayed at the house. It was very comfortable and spacious. Kathy was easy to reach and very accommodating. She even let us check out later in the day, which gave us time to get a couple more hours in at the beach.

Beautiful place for family

This property was absolutely perfect! It was close to the beach. There was a grocery store right across the street that we were able to walk to. They had a variety of different toys and activities for the kids and adults. There are several places on the property to relax and unwind after a day out. There’s also a really nice park very close if you have kids. The owners were super friendly and helpful. We will absolutely be back, and cannot wait!!

Phenomenal!!!

I only have amazing things to say about Kathy and the property! She communicated well, the place was so clean (like open house clean), and the directions for check in/out were so easy! Everything you need is there like iron, washer/dryer, porch, deck enclosed in net, dishwasher, and larger back yard fenced in! We were amazed! Actually was better than the photos. We plan on booking with Kathy again and I 10/10 recommend.

Very comfortable home, great host!

The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the kitchen was very well-appointed. Between that and the grill, eating in was very convenient- especially with the grocery store just across the street! The only small drawback was the traffic noise - the home is on an open corner lot on a very busy road, so enjoying the screened porch/hammock was a bit dampened by that. We were able to bike quite a bit - the area has great bike infrastructure. We found a ramp at the back of the neighborhood to kayak into the Assawoman canal from, that was a great perk - it’s protected even on a very windy day. The fenced in backyard with many lawn games was delightful, and the outdoor shower came in handy - thanks Kathy!

Perfect house!

My husband and I brought our older kids to Bethany Beach and the set up of the house was perfect because their bedrooms are on the other side of the house which was great for privacy for both them and us! The house is SO close to the grocery store and liquor store. And also very close to walking trails, which my husband and I did every morning! We used the bikes, the bags game, and the beach chairs, along with playing some of the board games when we had a rainy day. This house is well stocked with everything! We would 100% stay in this house again!
