Casa Bella Vista är ett vackert, ljust och uppdaterat 4 sovrum, 2 badrum, husdjursvänligt hem med panoramautsikt över sjön och platt, enkel åtkomstparkering. Detta hem i West Shore Tahoe ligger i ett lugnt, vackert område med fantastisk utsikt över sjön. Huvudnivån ger ett vidöppen vardagsrum perfekt för att umgås. Njut av sjöutsikten från hela vardagsområdet; inklusive det välutrustade, nyrenoverade köket där du hittar alla bekvämligheter du behöver inklusive diskmaskin och mikrovågsugn. Matsalar och vardagsrumsområden vetter mot det soliga däcket med en stor skjutdörr som låter solljus strömma in hela dagen. Det bekväma vardagsrummet med öppen spis ger precis rätt intimitet för att umgås eller njuta av filmer. Det finns en 50 ”platt widescreen-tv som har satellittjänst. Det finns också ett DVD-system. Denna översta nivå har också ett sovrum med en dubbelsäng och ett komplett badrum.
Den lägre nivån inkluderar 2 sovrum med sjöutsikt med Queens (ett med en annan TV och DVD-spelare) och ett fjärde sovrum med sjöutsikt med Queen / Twin Bunk och Single Twin. Dessa sovrum delar ett privat (ännu inte ombyggt badrum). Casa Bella Vista erbjuder en vacker samlingsplats för familj och vänner att njuta av lugnet i sjön och dess panoramautsikt. This cabin makes time together with family more special, with the beautiful view of the lake time stands still. The Kitchen has everything you need and being pet friendly the whole family can come. Check in and Check out are easy. Prior to my visit all my questions were answered timely.

Family getaway

Spent a wonderful week at this property with two small children and grandparents. Plenty of room for everyone and the views were even better in person. Downstairs bathroom has not been remodeled and was very outdated but still serviceable. Would highly recommend

Railing on staircase need to be connected with new bolts and mounting brackets on stairs - very loose. Plates all chipped. Sliding glass door screen needs to be replaced - very difficult to slide. Downstairs bathroom has paint chipping on ceiling and mold on ceiling. Laundry room smells heavily of mold.

Great 60th birthday celebration!

Really WONDERFUL property! Exactly as described, or perhaps even undersold, as the lake and mountain view from the deck is just amazing! Looking forward to renting here again during another season as it snowed (loved it!) for a couple days, which meant we stayed cozy inside and watched the snowflakes fall.

Everything was great and beautiful. The location was perfect. The only thing was that some of the furniture was damaged and broken on arrival which we had to be cautious about.

Family getaway

Cozy stay for our family getaway. Nice spot that was pet and child friendly. Some of the furniture could use some updating but the location and view definitely made for a great stay.

As beautiful as advertised

View from the main living space is as great as it looks in the pictures. Beds are comfortable, deck is great, living room is cozy. Only downside is that all three downstairs bedrooms share one bathroom, but not that big of a deal. Host is informative and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing views!!

Every negative thing you could imagine about this place would be negated by the most amazing views of the lake. It is very homey/cozy and has all of the amenities needed for a long/short term stay. The bathroom downstairs could use some updating but other than that, the stay was beyond awesome! Location is spot on - near burger and pizza spots as well as well as the Tahoma market. Can't be beat - hope to return soon!!!

Perfect for family of 4

We had a great time staying at the Penthouse! The view was fabulous, the location was great, and it was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 small kids. It is located between center and west village so it was an easy walk to both. The hot tub was great, the condo was very clean and cozy, and check in was easy. We would definitely stay again!
