On top of that, recent renovations in 2024 include new appliances and bathroom upgrades. Enjoy some morning coffee and afternoon cocktails on the private patio. The living area comes equipped with a smart TV for at-home entertainment and includes a built-in bunk nook, each with its own TVs as well. The bunk nook, which the owner built himself, also has charging stations built into the wall. The kitchen comes well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher for at-home meal prep.

The beach and oceanfront pools, including a fun kiddie pool and lazy river, are just steps away. There’s also a gym if you’re looking to sneak in a workout. After a day of soaking up the sun, come home to relax in central air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
