*King bedroom, queen bedroom share a new Jack and Jill bathroom with sky-lit glass shower
*Captains Quarters upstairs has sleeping for 5! 3 twins and a double bed.
*All bedrooms equipped with Roku tvs
*New Outdoor hot/cold shower
*Screened porch overlooking the lagoon where there is always wildlife to watch.
*Brand new kitchen with table seating for 10, Island seating for 4.
*Large main living space with plenty of comfortable seating, and a large Roku tv.
*New laundry room *Paver patio added with Adirondack chairs out back
**Ring camera floodlight in the driveway

Our family has been vacationing in South Carolina for many years, and it's been a dream of our to purchase a vacation home here for us and our 4 children. We have very busy lives with work, sports and school, so we wanted a peaceful place to relax together as a family. We are looking forward to sharing our beautiful home with you to enjoy!
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We loved the location of this property- a short bike ride to beach, community pool, tennis, basketball and playground- even the secret path next to the pool up to the Sea Pines Center! We also love the layout of this home- private suite in the back, the jack and Jill bedrooms, and the bonus room upstairs for kids and friends.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
We have thoughtfully renovated the home with features that are durable, yet practical and beautiful. We wanted to give people a chance to "live in a magazine". Having a busy family of 6, it's a wonderful respite to go to the home to clean, simple, uncluttered living spaces. Having a pool, playground, tennis, basketball, and a secret path to the Sea Pines Center is an outstanding feature as well.
