A very unique beach vacations awaits with sugar white sand beaches and clear ocean waters. The stunning views include the beach, Destin coastline, Choctawhatchee Bay, Stewart Lake, and Seascape Golf Course. Your private 28-foot balcony with 9' ceilings will be a great hangout to catch all the views.

The unit has been meticulously redecorated and the living area is large and spacious with ceilings heights higher than lower floors. Plenty of seating inside and out for any view you choose. The private balcony can be accessed from every room.

The renovated kitchen features beautiful quartz counter tops and quartz backsplash, updated stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets with slow close drawers, breakfast bar, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and disposal. A new stacked washer/dryer, and full linens are included. We have added many personal touches and items. Your every need has been anticipated.

The master bedroom has access to your private balcony has a king-size bed, flat screen TV, closet, and spacious master bath. The second bedroom features access to your private balcony, has 2-full size beds, flat screen TV, and large closet.

Beautiful Property!

The property was beautiful and spacious. The views of Destin from the 15th floor were gorgeous! Plus, it's literally a few walking minutes from the private beach. We were very pleased with our stay.

Absolutely beautiful condo, and very attentive, helpful host/owners!

The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated, with great views. Kevin & Susie could not have been more gracious hosts; informative about the area and very responsive to any questions. The only "issue" was that the front desk was closed when we arrived, and the combination on the late check-in box was not functional. It was no problem, as we picked up our parking pass in the morning.

Phenomenal

Everything about this place is excellent! From the location, the beautiful views (especially sunsets), the feeling of safety and overall cleanliness --》this place is awesome. The condo is plenty spacious for our family of five and the amenities such as the sports courts, grills, the pools and the walking bridge over the main drag was cool. The complimentary two chairs and umbrella was perfect for the beach. We have a family of five so we actually rented another umbrella and two more beach chairs. Kevin is did a great job with communication, and really worked to ensure we had a great time! Our whole family wants to return. Walking distance to some great places such as Bad Ass Coffee (get there as it opens!), a Circle K convenience store, WhalesTail restaurant and Pompano Joe's! 1 mile from Winn Dixie for groceries if you want to save $ on eating out. Really good location.

Stayer

The hosts were SO professional and accommodating. They consistently checked in before the stay and the day of check-in to see if we needed any recommendations for the area, had any questions regarding checkin and ensured we had their personal contact information in case of issues. While the building (lobby and pool area) is older, the condo is very cleanly and newly renovated to match the modern times. The balcony is huge and a great place for multiple people to hangout. The beach is steps away! I would certainly recommend both the hosts and the condo to anyone looking!
